Skyrim Mod: Shezarrine: The Fate of Tamriel
Project Overview
From the author of the Skyrim mod: Death Consumes All
We are trying to create a mod with the size of a complete expansion set and a storyline matching that of a game. In our mod, the player will complete their journey and decide the fate of Tamriel - the continent which The Elder Scrolls had been set.
With three chapters, over 20 main quests, 8 massive new zones and various smaller new zones in our plan, we are getting closer and closer to fulfilling our vision of a great expansion, as we continue to make progress. It is no easy task to complete such a colossal mod, but we are determined to make this vision a reality, and to become worthy designers of video games by proving and improving our skills and talent.
The mod we're working on is more narrative-driven like classic Bioware games, rather than the exploration-driven games like Skyrim. While we have explorations in our zones with reward mechanism, the primary pillar is our main quests, which is a different path from the vanilla Skyrim which narrative is only a reason for players to explore the game world.
Currently, we seek not only voice actors, but also level designers and quest designers. Given the massive size of our mod, we would definitely welcome more talented people who share our passion and interests. Not only will our mod's development be a rewarding experience, it will also be a considerable challenge.
We have already released a Prologue as a beta which has been largely improved in the version in development.

Onmund is a mage agent who secretly serves a totalitarian regime, believing it is good. He had a troubled past and the regime was the only thing that accepted him, therefore he became faithful to the regime wholeheartedly. He believes his country's enemies are evil, and therefore harbors profound hatred for its system and ideas. In his heart, he wants to help make this world a better place, and he simply sees the regime to be the best option.
He has a wide range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, anger, doubt, romance, shock.
He has over a thousand lines, so you should only take this role if you are prepared to accept such a huge undertaking for a prolonged period.
Onmund was originally voiced by someone else, who is now inactive because of real life.
I would like your voice and acting to resemble his voice, to achieve that, I'd need you to play through the prologue once (at least a few days) to feel his character.
Or at least, you should watch all "Onmund" videos in my Youtube channel.
Miroslav Yegorov - YouTube
It is important that your voice and acting resemble his original actor, unless you're prepared to do all lines he already did for the prologue (which is 4000 lines). In which case, I would still suggest you to watch the videos to pick any line you think will prove your ability to use as audition lines.
Choose any ANGRY line Onmund has spoken in the Prologue.
Choose any SAD line Onmund has spoken in the Prologue.
Choose any ROMANTIC line Onmund has spoken in the Prologue.
The Imperial Chancellor is one of the core characters of the story. He requires a masculine, commanding voice that fits a middle-aged or old man.
He's a cunning, strong, and cold man. Around 50-60.
Some perceive him as a hero, others perceive him as a warmonger. He would do anything to defend his nation; charitable or sinful, he would not care the means.
He believes he is honorable, because all he does, he does to protect his country.
(Cold but powerful) I shall redeem the Empire.
(Determined) The only legacy that matters is the Dragon's. If securing it means the ruin and death of all other nations, then I will, with honor, set the fire to them.
(To war) For the righteous! Charge at the enemy!
The High Archon is the dictator of the Aldmeri Dominion. She considers her ideology the only truth, her cause the only cause worth fighting for. Perhaps she is right, perhaps history will prove her wrong, but what's certain is that she will not hesitate to bring bloodshed to millions until the world enjoys the peace and prosperity she creates.
She is written with a socialist dictator in mind, with some extent of cynicism and self-righteousness. She is straightforward, however she may be condescending. She believes she is genuinely good, her actions justified.
(Neutral) The Dominion is the only hope for Tamriel to transcend. Through sword or talk, we bring progress and magic to the unenlightened - whether they accept it or not.
(Wrath) Their Empire is founded by corruption, its foundation built upon the slavery of the people by the blue-blooded! My soldiers will bring justice and thunder upon their throne, as that dark chapter of Tamriel becomes the past forever.
(Accepting, positive) You have been an appreciated ally. Together, we may restore order to the world still.
The Archon of Might is an Altmer supremacist. He is a statesman, general, and warrior. He is presented as an evil character, but you need to be able to portray his "human, relatable" sides.
Please don't overdo his evil or racist sides. Portray him naturally.
(Proud and condescending) We Altmer are the only race worth leading this world.
(Commanding) Kill that man if need be. Do not let your mission be obstructed.
(Regretful) I find this unfortunate, though what can any soul do about it?
The Archon of Wisdom is the enemy of the Archon of Might. She wants to make the Thalmor a force of good and show a "humane side" of her motherland. She is generally presented as a motherly figure in the story, but when the time comes, she will also use violence and cunning schemes.
(Determined) We'll make the Dominion a force of good yet. I promise you.
(Anger) You villain! You betrayed our cause! By my right as the Archon of Wisdom, you'll spend the rest of eternity in the darkest prison of all!
(Sad) These sacrifices... will not be forgotten. By the Eight, they will be chanted when we approach the final stage of our plan.
An arrogant, condescending but powerful elf, with some dark humor. She observes the world from her ivory tower, never giving it much care. However, it is only because she has witnessed too much death in her youth.
Please sound natural and not "over the top".
(Condescending) What makes you think you, a mortal little man, would know more than a Sage who has lived for a thousand years?
(Angry) You call that a sin? I'll tell you what's sinful. All that needless slaughter you've started, all for a tiny bit of reward - that's true evil.
(Commanding) They... They've entered the sacred room! Go! Defend its secrets, mortal!
For this role, you need to know how to use CK to create quests. Please show us examples of the quests you've made inside CK. We will evaluate your ability of quest writing, design, and implementation (how many bugs are there).
Say something you think would fit
A cult leader who sometimes sounds like a zealot, but in his heart he believes he is doing the right thing. He loves his people, and it pains him that he has to kill them to save them.
(Zealot) By the one true god's name, I command you into the Planes of Oblivion, and your magic shall be mine to use! This is my judgment to you, blasphemer!
(Sad) Had to kill them. Better dead and free, than... neither living or dead.
(Determined) Knowledge and magic must be contained. As long as elves and men pursue unchecked growth, the Aldmeri Empire's fate repeats, and races suffer for it.
A good boy who got brainwashed into a cult. He wants to help people, but the cult has only hurt people...
English accent preferred. He is a High Elf.
(Full closure) Once, I was a son, who had pictured himself as a failure to the family. The shame and guilt led me to the cult, to seek a family which approves of me. But now I understand... there is only one family I have. The one which welcomes me, even at the darkest of night.
(Fear and sad) I did not expect to murder anyone, but if worshipping the one true god demands so... What power has a simple Altmer against a god?
(Angry) God curse you!
An ancient elven ghost who has a very high sense of duty. He's proud and staunch with his beliefs, but he's also pragmatic. He loves his nation and its people, and it saddens him to see his people fallen into infighting.
Requires post-processing.
(Questioning a god, calm and cold) Auri-El, God of Light, does it please you, to watch your people burn in struggle, your Empire sunken and replaced, and your name forgotten?
(Zealot) Once, I defended the Aldmeri Empire from the Daedra and their heretics. Rulers change, but my duty remains. And by God I will make all heretics in this world crawl back to Oblivion!
(Sad) How regretful I feel for you. You were meant to live in a world of prosperity, magic and beauty. Instead, you have fallen into tribes and scattered as different races. We owe you, child, we truly owe you...
An Imperial battlemage who thinks he's powerful enough to defeat the player. The player quickly shows him he's wrong.
(Confident, thinks he's invincible) I have basked in the holy water of Ayranaceth. The Goddess Queen of the Aldmer is on my side.
(Anger before death) You may have bested me... But you will not leave here with the treasure!
*smiles maniacally*
*frightened gasp*
Please... please... I'll tell you what you need to know!
Gaze upon this cosmos, our cosmos! These were all in order, but you and your followers have set it all to ruin!
Your crimes cannot be forgiven.
By my authority as the Lord of Time, I banish your soul to the ever splitting currents of Time.
A xenophobic yokel who has never seen the world outside.
You mages are all godless heathens!
Get out of our village!
