David Hunter: A Brotherhood Story (Remake)
Project Overview
Introduction
This is a remake of my first Fallout 4 mod, David Hunter: A Brotherhood Story. I was unhappy with how the first one turned out, namely with my own voice acting of David Hunter. That is why I have decided to put out a casting call to re-voice him. Because this is the largest part I've ever made in a mod I decided to make him a paid role. Payment will be made via PayPal once all the lines are delivered.
Mod Plot
The mod follows Brotherhood of Steel Scribe David Hunter in his bid to complete a project which will bring the people of the Commonwealth pure water. Having been recruited by Elder Lyons in the Capital Wasteland he is constantly at odds with older members of the Brotherhood, mainly Lancer-Captain Cliff Peterson who serves as the mod's primary antagonist.
David and the player find themselves fugitives from the Brotherhood and being hunter by Peterson who is trying to stop what he sees as a betrayal of the Brotherhood's core values.

David Hunter is a scribe with the Brotherhood of Steel. David is a kind, caring man who believes in the ideals of Elder Lyon's Brotherhood: that the Brotherhood should use their strength and technology to make people's lives better. Hunter is fiercely idealistic to the point where other members of the Brotherhood mistake it for weakness. In reality, while Hunter would always prefer a situation be resolved without violence, he understands that sometimes his principles need to be physically fought for if they are to be made reality.
David has roughly 307 lines.
Line Context
Line 01:
"Sentinel! My God, it's an honour to finally get to meet you. I'm David Hunter, a scribe here on the Prydwen." - David Hunter meets the player when they have reached the highest Brotherhood rank available to them. He is awe meeting a war hero. "Prydwen" is pronounced "Prid-win"
Line 02:
"Oh you’re fucking kidding me? You’re trying to shake me down for payment again? You know what? I can’t take this shit anymore. I’m going to finish the project on my own. Just get out of here." - David finally reaches the end of his patience with the player being rude to him. This is one of the few times in the mod when David gets angry.
Line 03:
"It doesn't have to be like this, Peterson. We can all walk out of this. We can make the Commonwealth a better place!" - David is held hostage by the mod's antagonist, Peterson, who it threatening to kill him.
