Pokémon Victory Fire Books 2 & 3 Main Character Casting
Project Overview
Welcome to the second casting of the Victory Fire Comic Dub by Fire & Forge Productions. This casting will consist only of the main characters that appear in books 2 & 3. There will potentially be more casting in the future, but if you are interested in trying out for this project; read the following carefully before auditioning. Thank you!
Please note: This project is a paid project. There is some compensation that will be offered for your performance each time an episode releases under the disclosed amount for each role.
Requirements:
All skill levels are allowed to audition for this project, but please read the following before auditioning:
- Recording - Please have little to no background noise while recording your takes for these characters. You don't need to have an above and beyond microphone for this project, however, it needs to at least be solid with no mumbo jumbo. It would be ideal if you could record at least three different takes for each line in your audition. Please note especially: NO voice filters. Reverb, pitch altering, etc
- Discord - We'll be operating this project through a Discord server, so when you audition PLEASE leave your Discord handle attached to it. We don't want to have to track you down if you get the part then it just leads to more complications overall. If you don't have a Discord it's free to create an account.
- Auditions - You may audition for as many characters/parts as you like, but please realize; just because you audition does not mean you are guaranteed to get the part. A fair decision will be made accordingly a day after the deadline is due (February 20th 2023 at 12pm EST) so long as you abide by the recording standards for each role and we will be following up recording for book one shortly after
- Zero Tolerance Policy For Flaking - If you audition for this project and are casted for the role(s), you will be expected to continue to record for subsequent episodes until this project is complete, which will most likely be a good while for now. If you are unavailable for a set amount of time past the deadline for lines or completely ghost this project when we need you, we will be forced to move on and find a replacement for your role(s).
- HAVE FUN - Regardless of the above, don't let any of this deter you from trying out for this project. (It would be ideal for you to follow the policy though) Really just go at it with your audition and pretend that you ARE the character you're trying out for. Run wild to your heart's content and just go for it!

N is a gentle kind soul, having been raised by Pokémon, then by a man who manipulated him to nearly tear Pokémon and people apart in the Unova Region. Able to communicate with Pokémon unlike most humans; he works with MewTwo to right the wrongs of his past.

MewTwo is confident and works hard to be the most powerful Pokémon in the world. Due to this, he tries to do every task himself even when it becomes impossible to do so.

Medicham worked with Gengar in the past, learning now that Gengar only worked with her to use her, and then abandoned the team when his guilty conscious caught up with him. She's equal parts bitter and relieved that he's alive, still considering him her friend despite it all.

[Speaking to Gengar] "You know... I joined another team just to look for you. Because I thought you might be in trouble. And now here you are, and of course you're just fine. You didn't *want* any of us knowing where you were"
"... That's ... That's really sick! What were we to you, your pets?"
(Giving Gengar his 'Rescue Team Meanies' badge) "Take it. If you get in trouble, use it. Call Team Charm. We're good. One of the best."
