Hi there! I am Zavemann. I have had this project up and running for a while now, and just recently its been starting to lift itself onto its feet!
Update!
At first, this was a project that I wasn't sure would get much attention. Now that It has, I am going to be doing some updates! First off, the U-2 Series is now beginning production, so whoever gets cast will be cast, as opposed to the original idea of helping decide the voices.
Character (unimportant) - The Chesster is a powerful being with an aura that allows him to control anything that steps within its boundaries. While originally human, he has lived for multiple billions of years, using his aura to keep himself alive and extend his life time.
Voice - The chesster speaks in a soft, low-ish tone. His voice tends to stay around a low volume, but he will raise it under pressure or when he is trying to make a point.
The world is but my chessboard, and I shall play it like a game.
*calm but threatening* Every mortal is a pawn, and I shall forever be the king.
*chuckle* Your antics amuse me, but it shall not be enough to gain my favor.
Character (Unimportant) - Grynn is (or was) a human with the dream to become the most powerful living creature in the universe. He performed tests on himself over many years, working his way around the natural barriers of the human body. He has given himself Immunities to poison, radiation, and even aging, making him effectively immortal. Over the years he became insane over his powers, his goal turning to a gate way to megalomaniacism.
Voice - Grynn has a slightly higher voice then the average person, and has a very rough tone to said voice. (that is all, so feel free to make your own voice for this maddened scientist!)
(This is a laught) Kyekekekeke...

Character (unimportant) - Nagashimo is your average, everyday superhuman contract worker. He tends to stay hidden away and live a normal life, but when a "Client" sends a job his way, he'll more then gladly take up their offer. He has the last "Universal" power, a power that overrides all other powers. He is the user of "Universal Stop", allowing him to stop anything in place if he can make contact with his hands. He is a detective as a hobby.
Voice - Nagashimo has a soft, somewhat raspy voice (though the raspy-ness is not needed if you cant pull it off)

Character (Unimportant) - Peter is a being of unknown origin with a set of enchanted items. He owns a staff that cannot break, A pair of shoes that allow him to leap great distances, A belt that allows him momentary invulnerability, an X-ray monocle, and A hat that generates money. He tends to wander around cities chucking money at the bluntly labeled "Exceedingly Poor People".
Voice - All you need is a lot of energy for this voice! (And be prepared for a lot of run-on sentences)

Character (Unimportant) - P'nogi is a short man with immense superhuman abilities. He is neigh invulnerable, faster then sound, and can deal blows that can shatter small islands. He runs a business known as "The Corporation", where he gathers people with deadly powers and hunts down villains. He also tends to get incredibly upset when his clothing is damaged, causing him to break into a muscular form with less defense and much more firepower.
Voice - All that you need is for your voice to be deep-ish. Show me how you see em!

Ill show you the TRUE MEANING of a force to be reckoned with!
Character (unimportant) - T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. is an entirely sentient AI created by Grynn. They are self aware and even separate from Grynn's plans to execute their own. They are equipped with dangerous tools, such as a plasma cannon, an EMP device, a launch able and replaceable Nuclear core, and a shielding device capable of withstanding blows from the likes of P'nogi (Who is a superhuman).
Voice - Robot voice. (Edit - As ppl have been entering a lot of monotone, ill make this a bit clearer. Think Glados with more variation. They're sentient after all, and speak like a human with a robot filter.)

Character (Unimportant) - D'tegeth is a warlord from a foreign part of space. His body is incredibly unstable, despite his hard outer shell. If his shell were to be punctured, he would bleed a radioactive gas that would kill most living things around him. his heart is on par with the likes of nuclear bombs, and if it is punctured, will go off. He is incredibly powerful physically, and is capable of matching the likes of Grynn Blow for blow.
Voice - A very deep, rough voice. If possible, try to sound like your trying to intimidate whoever your talking to at all times.
(this is a laugh) D'Tatatatata! You stand no chance against the likes of me!

Character (unimportant) - The iron shadow is a freelance assassin. His power, which is manifested by a Physical shadow that surrounds his body, Builds with each kill. He has large plans for the city, but his mental stability gets in the way. He has NINE separate personalities, each representing a separate emotion.
Voice - Try to sound insane. That's it. Just sound like you could snap at any moment, but make sure you can bend your voice a LOT. Iron shadow has nine separate personalities, so you need to have a lot of variations to the voice you make.
(Serious tone) Tick tock goes the clock... (If you can, sound crazy and LOUD here) AND THEN I SMASH THE CLOCK! WHO NEEDS TIME!? *deep breath* This will only take a second!...
(try and sound nervous) What do you plan on doing? I haven't done anything!... Yet, I mean.
(Do your best Whispery voice without getting quiet) The world is about to fall away... My plan is set in motion. We Cant fail, Can we? *moment of silence* *Do a creepy chuckle* I knew it... This plan is flawless, my friend. I'm so glad to have you on my side....
Character - The man is the main antagonist (excluding Grynn) in the U-2 series. He is a strategic mastermind who excels at large scale events. With no more then 30,000 men, his brilliant planning lead him to rule more then 1/3rd of the planet. He build a SuperCity known as "Dystopia", Where he rules by force.
Voice - You need a Deep voice. You can make it smooth or gravely, but whichever one you choose must be obvious.
Its all falling into place. Every hero in this city has one thing to learn. *I* and I ALONE rule this city, and if they want to come and try and stop me... *Do an evil laugh* Let them try.
Hmph. So your the fabled "Grynn"?.. I'm glad you could make it. Lets get right down to business. We have a similar enemy...
So your finally here.... Nagashimo. I have to applaud you. Not many have been able to see past my plans... *moment of silence* You've gathered up quite the ragtag group to take me down, haven't you? Character (unimportant) - Bob is the son of the Chief of the law enforcement, and Friend of Nagashimo. He has a laid back attitude and tends to be pretty lazy. As he is always tired, He tends to have a cup of coffee on hand at all times.
Voice - Try and sound like your annoyed at the word, but also really tired.
Huh. That's.... A really boring power. When I heard how big of a name you'd made for yourself, I'd kinda hoped you'd be tough. You aren't even worth my time... But, I have a job to do, and your right here, so there's no point in letting you go only to chase you down later...

Character (Unimportant) - MBTD (Known as the "Man Behind The Door") is an entity who feeds on fear. He Currently resides in the host known as "The Iron Shadow", using them to gain more followers and gain power. For every person who even had though of him in a negative way, he gains power. He is capable of becoming physical, but his mental attacks are what he is known for.
Voice - You just need a creepy voice. Feel free to use edits or overlays to help your voice gain that creepiness factor.
Yesssss... Time is irrelevant.... With my help, my monarch, You will be immortal. Our plan will force the planet to know our names....
*make a creepy, raspy breathing noise. If you cant manage that, just make a creepy noise*
Come, My Followers. You, the Children of the darkness, my Untouched! We will go fourth. Take aim at the society and blow it down with our words. Take the souls of the unbelievers and CRUSH them! You, my children are the UNTOUCHED! You and you alone, my children, are the ones fit to RULE THIS PLANET!
Character (Unimportant) - Dr. Orubo is one of Grynns associates. In charge of security of the "Omega Labs", He's strict and to the point. He's soft at heart, but acts tough, despite his intimidating looks.
Voice - Try to get a gravely tone to it. If you can, a light (Or overly heavy) Russian accent would be much appreciated!
Oi! Grynn! The heck'dya think'r doin'?

Character (Unimportant) - Proffesor Irudaka is the teacher of Grynn and his associates. With his Motto, "There is no such thing as perfect", he pushed his students to go farther with everything they did. He was a good guy at heart, and hope for the best with everything. While he was blind, He was still able to pinpoint locations and build complicated machinery via an implant made for him by Orubo, One of his students.
Voice - I f you can, Try to get a soft voice that can be heard easily. Add any accent you want!
There is no such thing as perfect. Anything can be improved.

Character - Mr. Kizz is an explainable bundle of high tier reality warping energy. Obsessed with shapes, they take the form of a ball. While they tend to be on the side of justice, there is no rhyme or reason to anything they do. They show up randomly, though not as often, like Peter. He and Chesster are friendly rivals.
Voice - Try the Roughest, loudest, most obnoxious voice you can manage (Think Mr. Meeseeks). Mr. Kizz is designed to be annoying, so go all out x3

Character - Baron Von "Perfect" is a warlord amongst the council in which "Mountain shatterer" D'tegeth also sits a member. Being the leader of the council, he is world renowned. His reputation is flawless, and his power is supposedly immachable. He is the father of P'nogi.
Voice - Though there's nothing set, he has a deep, smooth voice. You need to be able to be LOUD with this voice!
(this is a laugh) HYAHAHAHAHA! Dont you get it? As my title Puts fourth, I am, indeed, PERFECT!

Character - Kiff is a novice hero, dispatched along with Nagashimo and bob. Born with his body complely replcaed with magic, he effectively was born a skeleton. Though very capable in magic, he lacks in physical ability. Additionally. he was Paired with Peter on his dispatch.
Voice - The voice needs to be kinda-mid-range-high, A New York-ish accent would also be great. (But accents in general are encouraged!)

Captain shoelace is a larger character as side characters go. Their just a joke character, however. All that I'm looking for for this one is someone who can deliver lines well and (in character wise) sound completely serious about being on top. As Captain Shoelace.
There's not a being on this planet who can outpower me! For I am... The one and only... CAPTAIIIINNNN SHOELACE!
YA HEAR ME? THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PERSON ALIVE WHO C- (at this point they bump into a character who is much more powerful) can get me to stay I am out of here.

T'tegeth is a minor villain who shows up twice during the first ark with D'tegeth. They have a semi-insane tone to their character (And their voice), and if you want to do this one please be able to shout. A lot. A good 20% of his lines include shouting or being loud.
Voice - Mid to high pitch voice. When doing their voice, try moving around the pitch a lot (While keeping in the mid to high range). Ill have an example sample up for what I mean.
And just like that... Your POWERLESS! *Just do the most insane laugh you can manage.*
In case you haven't figured it out, You don't have your power anymore! My power allows me to STEAL powers from others. I'm a cut above the copycats of the world!

Orchestra is a masterminded villain who acts as an ongoing villain. They excel at organizing large scale events, and are listed as the seventh most dangerous man on the planet in Villain databases. They run a group known as "Era", which includes a large multitude of villains with big names for themselves, including the likes of The Mammoth, The Iron Shadow, "Showdown", and Captain Shoelace.
Voice - While the voice of orchestra is rather deep and smoothe, they also have a sort of announcers quality to their voice. President mic from My hero academia is a good reference for this quality, though Orchestra's voice doesn't go to that extreme.
This, my friend... This is true chaos. Not some petty panic caused by the shock of a sudden, flashy event, no, no no no... this is much more refined.
I've orchestrated the whole thing. Even the so called heroes have played their parts in my symphony. Each and every note came into place one after the other, each person unknowingly playing their instruments to complete my song.
*start with a low chuckle, and work your way into a laugh.* Heroes? Villains? Therese no difference. Each has their own set of goals and their own set of standards on how to achieve them. How we view villains and heroes is the only thing that pushes them apart.
The Mammoth is a powerhouse, taking up the offensive stance in the Group "Era". They have a multitude of powers, including Superhuman durability, strength, stamina, Temperature control, and a massive regeneration factor. They are listed as the 10th most dangerous man alive, and their strength is only beaten by few, such as D'tegeth. They usually work alone, and their plans usually include breaking large name villains out of prisons. Additionally, they are immune to mental damage or attacks via sheer stubbornness.
Voice - The Mammoths voice is VERY low. There's a little bit of a roughness to the voice as well, but the pick is what i'm mostly looking for.
Shut your mouth. You've only been here for a couple of minutes... but you already piss me off.

The rainbow man is a reality warping salesman who runs a shop that has everything. He is doubtlessly one of the most powerful entities among the U-2 Multiverse, and his power rivals that of The Narrator's. He runs by nonexistent logic, and tends to be rather random.
Voice - I don't care what voice you give them. There's only one requirement - Change it up OFTEN. Obviously, stick with your base voice, but his pitch and tone go all over the place, and sometimes he does accents for no reason. mess with it a bunch!

Showdown. A name known only as that of a legend until his appearance in the group "Era". They are the 2nd most dangerous man on the planet, as they host a multitude of five powers with each of them having enough strength on their own to put him on the top 10 list individually. He can reject any physical blow, cut, or blast that makes contact with his skin, he can conduct a null energy through weapons, He has an immortality against natural death, He can see and hear everything around him within an incredible radius, causing surprise attacks to become virtually impossible, and his signature ability: Showdown is the holder of the Deathtoutch ability. If he can keep all four fingers of his left hand on someones forehead for two seconds, the target will die immediately.
Voice - Showdown has a quiet, raspy voice. When He speaks up his voice gets rough and gravely. It is mid to low range in pitch.

Neo T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. Is the replacement for T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L., created by Grynn after the original T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. went rogue. They were created with every ounce of effort Grynn could manage, and are vastly superior to their Non-Neo counterpart. They were made to be the exact opposite of T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. in every way, including their given Gender. A rivalry between T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. and Neo T.E.R.M.I.N.A.L. was quickly formed upon their first meeting.
Voice - Basically GLaDoS With a bit more emotion. Extra points if you can manage a filter.
Terminal Zero. Your betrayal and execution of plans towards the goals of your creator come to an end here. You have been replaced. Your existence is reason-less.
