Character (Unimportant) - Peter is a being of unknown origin with a set of enchanted items. He owns a staff that cannot break, A pair of shoes that allow him to leap great distances, A belt that allows him momentary invulnerability, an X-ray monocle, and A hat that generates money. He tends to wander around cities chucking money at the bluntly labeled "Exceedingly Poor People".
Voice - All you need is a lot of energy for this voice! (And be prepared for a lot of run-on sentences)

I really like your take on this! Before you go any farther with voice stuff for peter, I want you to note that Peter has VERY VERY LONG LINES! Before you decide to keep going with this voice, Make sure your ready to talk a LOT.
