Character (unimportant) - Bob is the son of the Chief of the law enforcement, and Friend of Nagashimo. He has a laid back attitude and tends to be pretty lazy. As he is always tired, He tends to have a cup of coffee on hand at all times.

Voice - Try and sound like your annoyed at the word, but also really tired.
