Character (unimportant) - Nagashimo is your average, everyday superhuman contract worker. He tends to stay hidden away and live a normal life, but when a "Client" sends a job his way, he'll more then gladly take up their offer. He has the last "Universal" power, a power that overrides all other powers. He is the user of "Universal Stop", allowing him to stop anything in place if he can make contact with his hands. He is a detective as a hobby.
Voice - Nagashimo has a soft, somewhat raspy voice (though the raspy-ness is not needed if you cant pull it off)

I really like the relaxed tone you have on this! You got shockingly close to the voice I was thinking Nagashimo would have in my head .3.
I am kind of assuming that you wanted a deeper tone?
Just a wee bit lol If you can do that, I'd say you have the part .3. And maybe try to exadurate the expressions? Your a little bit monotone rn
