My Hero Academia Comic Dubs Project (New roles + Re-casting)
Project Overview
Here we go again! Hello, my name is Crystal Blitz and I am the director of many comic dub projects, and a editor of all the videos that come out of these projects. This will be a short casting call but I need some help with some of the characters who need voices.
Audition Rules and Information
1) All actors must have a clear microphone and overall good audio quality! Avoid recording in large or echoey rooms, and rooms with air conditioning, fans, or other appliances running in the background. Pop filters or angling your microphone slightly to the side are also helpful to avoid unwanted noise, puffing, or popping. Be careful to avoid audio clipping and buzzing. Please don't use any vocal-altering effects, or any filters that might majorly change the sound of your audio!
2) This project may include some questionable subjects, in regards to same sex relationships along with swearing. If this is a turn off for you I apologize in advance.
3) Many of these characters have official voice actors, so please pay attention to what sort of voice is preferred in the character descriptions.
4) This project requires cast members to be 15 years of age or older.
5) A Discord account is mandatory so as to keep everyone up to date with proper updates and announcements. This is non-negotiable.
Good luck to everyone who auditions!

Tomura has a malevolent and warped personality. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocents. Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game. Much like a child, Tomura seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead lashing out and abusing both others or himself, tearing at his own neck when he becomes frustrated. This particular tic stems from the abuse he suffered from his father and being alone during his childhood, with All For One claiming that it represented his suppressed urge to kill and destroy. A very irritable person at the beginning of the series, Tomura would learn to be more patient and self-controlled in subsequent appearances, as a consequence of multiple failed plans and All For One's arrest.
"Create a world without All Might. And cause enough destruction to show them all how fragile their justice really is. From this day forward… that’s my conviction. It’s all about All Might"
"These sorts of things too... all unnecessary."
Kurogiri is very polite and well-spoken even to his enemies, sometimes introducing himself in a formal manner. However, just like his fellow villains of the League, he possesses a truly sinister nature, having no qualms in putting hero students in situations where they would be tortured or killed. At the start of the series, he was often seen tending to a bar in the League of Villains' first hideout at Kamino.
"Greetings. We are the League of Villains. Forgive our audacity, but... today, we've come here to U.A. High School—this bastion of heroism...to end the life...of All Might, the Symbol of Peace."
Tsuyu is a straightforward and laid-back individual who always speaks directly from her mind and what she thinks about others. Tsuyu prefers to be called "Tsu", but only by people she views as friends.[1] She commonly refers to everyone with the honorific "-chan", save for teachers and other authority figures.
"We're all still in shock over Bakugo's kidnapping... so we have to think about this calmly. It doesn't matter how righteous our feelings are. If we start another fight...if we break the law...then we're no better than the villains!"
(To Himiko Toga, regarding being called by her first name) "Cut it out! Only people who are my friends can call me that!"
Yuga appears to be a vain and prideful person, thinking of himself as superior to the rest of his classmates, especially in regards to his Quirk. He exhibits extremely flamboyant mannerisms, is fond of posing and likes to grab the attention of those around him despite frequently getting ignored by his peers. His expression rarely changes from a closed smile, even while he speaks or gets hurt, and he's also prone to getting upset if interrupted or questioned. Yuga's sentences often end with a star (☆) symbol, indicating a fancy tone. He also tends to play up his French heritage, occasionally implementing French words into his sentences.
However, this persona is shown to be mostly a facade, as Yuga holds severe insecurities about his Quirk, and, in reality, he doesn't see himself as above anyone else. In fact, he appears to think of himself as different from everybody, due to the "defective" Quirk he was born with. Yuga has been struggling with this since his childhood and wishes to become "normal" one day.
"Hurry up and finish it so we can get to my turn!"
"I'll say something shocking in the last scene, so look forward to it."
"I can not stop twinkling!"
Rumi is tough and speaks her mind even if it causes confrontation[4] and she respects those who do the same. Rumi seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they could just be relying on their teammates’ strength rather than their own Rumi embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenalin kick, showing joy in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only getting warmed up. Rumi also appears to take every day of her life with no regrets, admitting she'd risk her life for the greater good.
"To all plotters and schemers out there!! Hope you're ready for me to kick your butts."
"Only weaklings join teams!"
