Honest Bonds Promotional Trailer
Project Overview
This is for a promotional trailer for my book series "Honest Bonds". This will be uploaded mainly onto my YouTube channel "Sergeantmajormario" and may be uploaded onto other social media platforms afterwards.
You will be voicing a character that is essential in driving the plot forward. One where the main character will discover more secrets that will lead them to a big truth near the climax of the story.
In the trailer itself, you will be credited at the end of the video: "Dr Jikken: *Your name here*". You will also be credited in the description with a link to your social media platform of choice (Which we will discuss in DMs).
Discord is preferred as I may be in a voice call with you, so that I can give you live feedback during your recording session, in case any retakes are needed during the recording.

Dr Jikken is a scientist who has experimented on tons of homeless and orphans. He believes in his science to benefit the Hybrid species he works on, stick to the words of "You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs."
He lost his wife to the same chemicals that he experiments with and uses them as a means of making her species better, so they don't live in fear. All the while he's made a deal with the leader of some Dark Wizards, with a bond on his body that will take his life if he steps out of line.
The scene you will be voicing him in is a Video Diary. The main character finds his notes and learns the truth as to why Dr Jikken is going through the process and how he came to finding it.

*Worn out, exhausted, sad* “So… It’s been… Christ, I dunno, 40 days? 60 probably… Lily’s funeral went underway… She was buried at our favourite picnic spot, just like she requested… Fuck me, I can’t do this…”
*Defeated plea* "If you're a Hybrid watching this, then I don't blame you for not believing my words. But I promise you I never wanted it to go this way."
*Panicked* “Shit, he’s here… Listen, if you are watching this and it’s not too late, you can’t let him win. You can’t let the the dark wizards win. Stop Gwall, no matter the cost. Kill him, please…”
