HOMEBOUND: Original Animation
Project Overview
A WILDFIRE TEARS A WOLF PACK ASUNDER, and the remnants come together to forge anew, and move to seek a new dawn.
But danger lurks around every corner, and the pack must face a new threat among the mountains.
Project storyline contains violence and gore, and themes adjacent to real-world political structures.

HOMEBOUND is an upcoming, independent animation inspired by literary works such as Animal Farm and Watership Down.
With storyboards and compositions complete, I'm looking for a number of talented voice actors to help me lift this passion project of mine into the air!
Four main roles are currently listed, along with some miscellaneous lines for those who can't find anything that suits them. The full cast will prove to be very large, so it's likely I will be offering other roles to pre-existing auditions, and expanding the casting call as needed.
Contact will be made and kept via Discord. This project is run by myself only, art and animation included, so will be slow-moving. Updates will be provided throughout, however!
Thank you kindly in advance.

Displaced by natural disaster, Oak leads the remnants of his pack through the uncertain wilds. He bears a kindly disposition and gentle nature, and hosts an affinity for pragmatism and logic.
- male adult
(Oak negotiates with rival scouts.) "Let us pass, friend, and we will vacate your lands before the sun rises."
(Oak accepts his friend's farewell.) "I do not know if we will meet again, but I will save a place for you by my side, nonetheless."
(Oak desperately commands an injured pack-mate to stand, and run.) "Get up, Buckthorn! You must get up! Get up, GET UP!"
Silver, along with her lone cub, fled her tyrannical pack in search of new hope. She is steadfast, and rightfully defensive.
- female adult
(Silver negotiates her terms.) "I am allied to you for as long as you assure my cub's safety. And only for that long."
(Silver recounts a dark past.) "There was blood. So much blood. My cubs... I couldn't..."
(Silver comforts her cub.) "Oh, my sweet, it was just a bad dream."
Brutish. Confident. A good heart commands his impulsive behaviour. Buckthorn is a loyal companion of Oak, and is often the first to take action.
- male adult
(Buckthorn reports his findings.) "There's something dreadful out there, Oak. I can smell it; death in the wind."
(Buckthorn challenges their nemesis.) "COME AND FACE ME, THEN!"
(Buckthorn comforts a pack-mate.) "We saw flames as tall as the pines, and lived to tell the tale. We'll make it through this, too."
An authoritarian leader and leading antagonist of the story. Hemlock's bloodthirsty and warped sense of utopia is the foundation of many wolven folk-tales. A heavily scarred body has rendered his age indeterminate, but his ferocity still stands.
- male adult
- male senior
(Hemlock addresses his council, after executing one of their number.) You do not tire. You do not wane. I envy those of you who believe that death is the greatest punishment.
(Hemlock mocks a traitorous pack member.) "Did you find it, Silver? The home you dreamed of, beyond the mountains?"
(Hemlock receives news that his captives have escaped.) "What!? Then find their scent! I'll blind them -- I'LL BLIND THEM!"
There will be many other roles available, of varying significance and nature. Read these lines in whichever way you fancy!
"He's coming for us, isn't he? That monstrous Alpha."
"Shh! Keep your heads low -- there are scouts ahead of us."
"In my dreams, I see a new dawn, and a rolling land of rich forests and elk."
