Alec is a new and young graduate from the local academy, and has taken his career as a Recovery Agent or a "Bounty Hunter" as he likes to call it. He is cocky, arrogant and doesn't play well with others. He lives by himself in a San Diego Apartment and takes jobs all over Southern California.
I'm a Bounty Hunter. This, "fugitive recovery agent" nonsense makes us seem like your neighborhood Rent-A-Cop. Plus, the title of Bounty Hunter sounds so badass! Doesn't it?

Rose Mayfield is also another Fugitive Recovery Agent. She is cocky, commanding and does not like working with others. She has been Adrian's most trusted agent... Until Alec showed up, and ever since, she has been nothing but jealous and does not want to lose her spot as Adrian's favorite. She's in her mid to late twenties.

Bondsman Adrian O'Brian is Alec's main employer. He is the head of "O'Brian Bonds" and has been working in the field for over twenty-five years. He is in his forties, and knows a thing or two about catching fugitives. He has known Alec since he was a boy, and thinks of him as a son and because of that, he is always warning Alec to heed his advice, as he could find himself in a fatal situation one day. O'Brian is rugged but kind, and is always down to the nitty-gritty.
Here's your next one. Alejandro Gonzales. He goes by the name "El Carnicero" or "The Butcher". He skipped out on court about a month ago. No one else has been able to track him down since.
This ain't the academy anymore Alec. You need to be careful. One wrong move and the only guys you'll be huntin' will be up in the clouds.

He is a reknown drug dealer and skipped out on his court date. He is backed by many followers, and operates all throughout California. He is in his thirties, and has a very short temper.

Captain Atkins is the hardened Captain of the local Police force, and always make sure things are done by the book. He is mild-tempered, and does not take orders from anyone else. He is in his early thirties, and is protective of his detectives and officers.
Mr. O'Brian. As soon as the police are called, you can't just have one of your agents go, trick one of our new cadets and take the fugitive from our custody! Control your employee.
Detective, keep your eye out for Agent Davis. Do not let him interfere with our business.
