Captain Atkins is the hardened Captain of the local Police force, and always make sure things are done by the book. He is mild-tempered, and does not take orders from anyone else. He is in his early thirties, and is protective of his detectives and officers.
Mr. O'Brian. As soon as the police are called, you can't just have one of your agents go, trick one of our new cadets and take the fugitive from our custody! Control your employee.
Detective, keep your eye out for Agent Davis. Do not let him interfere with our business.
Well, well. Alec Davis. *sarcastically* Or should I call you, Agent Davis? I'm surprised you graduated from the academy. I'm also surprised why you didn't join the force. Stay out of our business, and there wont be any trouble.
