Harmony's First Bloom: Fnaf In-Universe Story Cassette

Harmony's First Bloom: Fnaf In-Universe Story Cassette

Project Overview

Finally re-added the overall description(I may have forgotten to save it.)

About The Project:
Harmony's First Bloom is a short, in-universe FNaF fan audio project. This is a non-horror focused production, and instead a recreation of children's media produced by Fazbear Entertainment and manufactured by Murray's Costume Manor during the peak of both companies in the early 70s.
The Storytime Cassette released in 1973, shortly after the Gen 3 "Refurbishment Era" redesigns of both Fredbear and Spring Bonnie debuted in 1972(These same designs would be the ones to carry on in the Fredbear brand up until 1983, and we all know what happens in that year). The Gen 3 designs are the result of Henry Emily, along with Edwin and Fiona Murray, coming together to reimagine the classic characters to be more sincere and approachable in comparison to their previous designs, including Gen 2 (1968-72, these designs were the suits that debuted the Springlock Technology and would one day become Classic "Golden Freddy" and "Springtrap"). The Gen 3 designs even come with their own little wholesome world known as the Harmony Woods.

Aesthetic & Tone:
We are aiming to perfectly capture the sound of vintage 1970s children's edutainment. The acting should be warm, comforting, and slightly over-enunciated. beneath the wholesome exterior, there should be the faintest hint of the manufactured corporate sheen Fazbear and MCM are known for, especially at this time.

Technical & Professional Requirements:
The audio will be mixed to sound degraded, so it would be appreciated if the raw vocal stems were as pristine as possible before affects were applied.

Compensation & Logistics:
$100 USD Flat Rate per lead character.
100% paid upfront upon casting via Venmo (preferred) or PayPal.
Please submit auditions by 8/15/26. Cast Actors will have 2 weeks to deliver final lines after receiving the finalized script.

From me: Hello everyone! This is my first project and I'll be honest, I don't know what I'm doing, so I appreciate your patience. Thank you.

Fredbear is the gentle heart of the Fazbear brand in 1973, acting as a deeply comforting and fatherly storyteller. In the Gen 3 "Harmony Woods" take on the character, he is a wise protector of the woods. He is known as the Keeper of the Harmony Tree and lives in a cozy, oversized log cabin he built himself, acting as the forest's mediator, settling disputes with gentle moral lessons.
In Harmony's First Bloom, we see the time when he first came to the woods, builds his home, and meets his rambunctious best friend.
The voice should sound akin to a happy, jovial version of Bud Luckey's Eeyore, conveying a soft spoken, patient, and gentle giant personality.

  • *Amazed, with a warm, hearty little laugh* Well, I'll be. Took me near a week to clear out what you did in just an hour.

  • *Thoughtful, gentle, full of wisdom* I reckon... it was just waitin' on somethin' worth bloomin' for.

Spring Bonnie is the energetic musical heart of the Fazbear brand in 1973, acting as a charming foil to Fredbear's slow, story driven act. In the Gen 3 "Harmony Woods" reimagining of the previously male character, she is a free-roaming traveler that settled in a vibrant sun-drenched meadow burrow. She is tomboyish(For the early 70s), forever curious, and known for harmless pranks or accidentally causing a mess.
In Harmony's First Bloom, we see the time when she first came to the meadow outside of the Harmony Woods, digs her burrow, and meets her larger than life best friend.
The voice should feature a New Orleans accent and a vocal pitch akin to Bernadette Peters, conveying a rambunctious and mischievous soul, but not incapable of soft reason.

  • *Friendly, dismissive of her past mistake, eager to help* Oh hush now, that was an accident! This here's a visit. Came to make it right.

  • *Staring up at a glowing tree, filled with genuine wonder and child-like awe* What do you reckon made it bloom?

The narrator of Harmony's First Bloom is the primary voice heard in the storytime cassette. The man is a nameless voiceover artist working at MCM in 1973, and guides the child listening at home through the story.
He starts off the Fazbear-contracted production with a stiff, legally-mandated corporate introduction of the product. Then, he transitions to a warm, inviting storyteller tone, akin to a loving father, and remains with this tone for the rest of the recording.
The performance perfectly mimics(reference intended) the classic read-along record narrators of the same era and year. The voice is clear and the pacing is not too fast so the listening child can follow along.

  • *Immediately once the ambience and music starts, the warm inviting tone addresses the listener* Welcome to bedtime! Would you like a story to help you fall asleep? Then get cozy, comfy, and settle in. When you hear this sound... *3-Note Chime* You can turn the page!

  • *Warm voice again, now demonstrating a rhythmic storytelling tone* Once upon a time, before warm meals and catchy songs, there was only a wood, and a meadow, where no one quite got along.
