Let's Perform Radical Dreamers
Project Overview
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PROJECT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.
The original sequel to Chrono Trigger before Chrono Cross came out. Radical Dreamers follow a band of thieves - Serge, Kid, and Magil - as they attempt to steal the Frozen Flame from the Viper Mansion.
Seeking 21 and over actors(preferably older depending on the role) for a Let's Perform of Radical Dreamers .
What is a "Let's Perform" ?
They are akin to cold reads with a mix of stage, on-camera, and voice acting. They are done for fun and for practice(acting and being a professional, real names are required for credits), basically to provide an English dub when the game has either no voice acting or voice acting in another language. The performances are live-streamed to Twitch and uploaded to YouTube for archival purposes. The game's screen is streamed to Discord for participants to read their character lines, while the game is played.
Although this is technically voice acting, my approach is more akin to screen and stage acting due to the live aspect and the mandatory requirement of having cameras on for Discord. This is so you can look at your scene partners and deliver your lines to them. You will be recorded on camera as a behind the scene video and for memorable moments. If you're a voice actor, I still encourage you to apply if you're interested. However, those who are only here to line hunt are not welcomed.

When Are the Streaming Sessions?
Sessions will typically be on Fridays at 9:30 PM EST, but may be moved to Saturday depending on availability. Each session lasts roughly two hours. First session planned for November 6th.
Please understand that when you're commit to this project, you will commit to showing up. If you will be absent, please let me know in advance. Unexplained absences or last minute cancellations due to events within your control are not acceptable. If you have a variable work schedule on Friday nights or health conditions, this will not be a good project for you. You will be required to fill out an availability time sheet every week so I can determine if a session is possible that weekend.
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS
You must slate your real first and last name(or a professionally recognized stage name on a site like IMDB) before your performance or I will not even listen to the rest of the audition. Please do not do that AABBCC format. Again this is closer to onscreen or stage acting. If you want to do a separate take, do it again at the end. If you don't follow the directions, I will leave a comment in hopes that you will learn.
Please be aware that you will be pre-screened with questions before scheduling a callback to make sure you have read the project description and watched the video explanation for "What is a Let's Perform."
Voice Actor
SUPPORTING
A mysterious, powerful mage who joins Serge and Kid in the search of the Frozen Flame. Tall and handsome and looks to be around thirty. A man of few words who's very calm and collected.
---------------------
Much like the character I am looking for someone older around 30 to embody someone who's seasoned. Matthew Mercer's performance as Vincent Valentine would be fitting, but don't try to imitate his performance.
Please remember to follow the audition directions or I won't listen to your entire audition.
