Glaves : Ashes (Casting Part II)
Project Overview
*Summary*
As Faith, the warriors, and Prince Fluorine arrive at Evergrass for the annual festival, The Fiend, Garth KenMonkius, attacks Evergrass and declares war on Glaves. Garth wants revenge and wants to deliver judgment on Glaves, especially the royal family. The warriors must find a way to survive Garth's invasion and stop him.
*Theme*
Fantasy, Magic, Revenge, War, and Acceptance are a few of the themes.
*Faction Background*
The project is in both English and German (mostly English). There are seven factions in Glaves, and they don't get along. The factions are Knights, Royals, Nobles, Warriors, Commoners, Clergy, and Council. The Knights, Royals, and Nobles are linked, but the Knights have a love/hate relationship with the Royal and Nobles. The Warriors, Commoners, and Clergy have a deep bond with each other. The Council is a blend of the six others.
*Instruction/Requirements*
(Note: If instructions are not followed, then you won't be in consideration for the part.)
Introduce yourself before your audition (Note: You're Introduction should be before you read the audition lines).
You may explain why you audition for the character if you want. We’re always curious about the reason.
Perform one take per line.
Don't improvise.
Discord is Required.
Profanity is in this project (ass, hell, damn). You must be able to perform them. (The f-word, s-word, b-word, and slurs are not in the project).
*Note*
If you're not cast for this project, don't be discouraged. More projects will be posted, and you will have more chances. We hope to see you audition for the next ones.
*Production*
The official character designs will be posted on a later day. This project will be a 3D animated/animatic project. It will follow the format of the “Last Day” project.
*Closing*
Relax before your audition. Don't overthink the lines. Nerves and doubt tend to affect auditions at times. Get to know the character and think about how you want to express the character. Sometimes actors tend to read the lines rather than express a character. Whether your voice is high or low, it's about expression. Bring to life an honest character. Rain is blunt and never lies. She means to be constructive, but it comes off as rude. Although LeSean is the leader, she must babysit him because he tends to get distracted. Rain appreciates the simple things in life, especially walking. Since her younger brother has trouble walking (caused by an experiment by nobles), she’s grateful for the good things in life.

- Sparks is a skilled knight, possessing incredible speed and exceptional control of electrical magic. She's known for her Jackal and Hyde personality. She is either peppy and energetic or sleepy and lethargic. (If she sleeps under 7 hours, she’s peppy. If she sleeps over 7 hours, she’s lethargic). Her naps affect her personality as well. Short naps make her gloomy, while long naps make her peppy.

Allen, the forgetful knight, is one of the strongest knights in the faction. Allen isn’t a dumb person, but most things tend to slip his mind. He’s shy when talking to people but loves to sing in front of people.

Pope, the directionless knight, is one of the strongest knights in the faction. Her bad sense of direction is notorious throughout the kingdom. She enjoys hiking but is sometimes gone for days. The knights usually must find her.

Prince Gallium is a knight under Beryllium. He idolizes her and works hard to make her proud. Gallium is a Troop Captain of a 4-person squad. His unit is effective during their missions, but because of Gallium's need to be thorough, his unit is always late coming back from missions. Gallium works to change the image of the royals. He tries to remain approachable and connected to people.

Moses is a peaceful man and also the watcher of the Cinderwood Library. He's one of the leaders of the clergy faction and makes it his mission to never allow the royals or nobles access to the library.

Cobalt is a well-composed Royal and master manipulator. Cobalt uses his charm to make people do whatever he wants. With family or friends, he will use them to obtain his goals. He wants to become the next king.
