Hello, everyone! This casting is for a guest role within episode five of the Demon Queen series on my YouTube channel, justmichelleASMR, where I have almost 25k viewers. There, I create role-play audios that lean a little more into the “radio show” genre, with this episode being specifically dependent on guest characters. This series is one of my most popular, and so I’d like to make sure this next installment steps it up a notch!
I’m only looking for one role this time around, but I will be investing more into guest characters in the future (particularly in my D&D series), so a good audition just might become a good contact!
This supporting role is in the English language, so all voice actors must be comfortable with that, but I am open to hearing different accents should you wish to use one. For this project I will be paying $30 USD for the delivery of all lines in a pre-approved .wav or .mp3 to my channel's email address. Please submit clean recordings with as little background noise as possible and leave all editing to me. Payments are to be made through PayPal, and the voice actor of this role will be credited in the description of the video with an optional link to their other work should they wish to provide one.
Series Summary:
The Demon Queen Anaratha has captured a nameless hero along with some of his quest companions during their attempted siege on her castle in the demonic realm. Having taken a liking to him, she keeps the hero by her side even when one of the only surviving members of his party, Lauralé the Priestess of Holy Light, attempts to turn him traitor. Now, Anaratha’s castle is once again under attack by the crooked and false king of the human world. Amidst the battle, the hero finds himself locked in the dungeons where he overhears Lauralé’s plot to destroy the entire city in one blow. With everything he’s learned about Ana’s misunderstood kingdom and her admirable ethics will the hero decide to side with his old ties, revealed to be full of betrayal and lies, or will this holy man fight for the demons of hell instead?

Deadlines:
The deadline for auditions is August 21st, and I will need to receive all lines back from whomever is cast by August 28th. Quick turnaround, yes, but luckily there isn’t too much for the king to record! The finished episode will be released on YouTube on September 3rd.

The king is a pompous, manipulative, and cruel older man. He is using religious coercion to force one of the series' heros into destroying a city against her better judgment.
The plan has changed. You see how aggressive the queen has become. Your little spell on the hero isn’t draining her as much as you said it would, Priestess. If the timeline is changing then it’s your fault. You promised me that healing him would make her sick, yet she still has the strength to stave off my latest front!
