What the project is about:
This is just a small project I am hosting as a little fun project to be distributed on Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok! I will be crediting your voice accordingly one very platform and any credit you desire! This project has to do with impressions so please bring your A-game to the table! To get a gist of what these "text posts" are, they are basically small little funny interactions between the characters or just good one-liners. You do not need to worry about the lines stressing you out cause I will only be asking for lines maybe 1-3 times a month and at that 1-5 lines when I do (depending on who you voice act and how many characters you have). I will be doing all my communicating through Discord and if you do not have Discord email works as well. When I cast you, I will send you a friend request over Discord and invite you to the fandub server!
Disclaimer/ Requirements:
Heads up in advance! If for some reason you are not very familiar with the Danganronpa franchise, it is a murder mystery based anime game. Which means there will most likely be cursing and minor gore themes featured in some of the lines! Not all of them, but there will be moments where certain things that will be brought up. If you are not comfortable with voicing for any of these themes, then please do not audition for this project. If you get cast for the project and complain about it later, I will have to cast someone else for the role. I gave you a warning in advance so please proceed with caution! Anyway, onto the requirements for the project. Also, if you haven't realized it already, there will be spoilers in this project! Keep that in mind please!
The requirements to be cast for the project is:
1. Turning in your lines on time (you will most likely be given 1-2 weeks to turn in your lines).
2. Having a clear mic. I would prefer XLR mics, though I accept USB mics with good sound quality.
3. Impressions. You need to at least sound a bit like the character (ex: pitch and tone).
4. Please be 13+. Due to ToS on Discord and the themes of the project, I'd like you to be at least 13+
5. If you could, leave your Discord username and tag on your audition. Though, if you are not comfortable with it, then I will privately message you if you get cast for a role.
6. Be open to redoes. This is pretty self explainable on it's own, but just be mindful that if the line doesn't really fit, I will be asking for you to redo the line. If you need me to call you so we can go over how to say the lines, then I am more than happy to!
7. Little to no background noise. I can edit out a small portion of background noise, though I expect the audio to be as clean as possible (ex: no static, no muffled noises, etc).
That should be all the requirements at the moment! If there are any notices about the projects they are to be announced either on this casting call or in the Discord server when everyone is cast!
