Kiko is the cat that was chosen by the gods to save the world, she is the main character, the character that the player will embody.

Confused: - Who are you? And why did everybody turn into statues? Why am I the only one still able to move? I don't understand... What happened?
Sad: - I'm no hero! I can't save people! I- I couldn't even save the flowers in my garden!
I just want to go home... I swear... I want to save everybody but I'm... I'm weak... Find somebody else to be the chosen one...Angry: - Let me go! I'll try again, and again... But I will succeed!
Happy/Relieved: - I-I did it... I finally did it! Did you see that?! Look!
The Wind Goddess is the villain of the story, she becomes extremely jealous of her sister and becomes evil.

Happy: Yes! I can't wait! Imagine if we're powerful enough to become queen! We'll be like: BAM BOOM, PAH [laughs]
