You will be voicing CARL, an intelligent AI who communicates through the ship's speakers, guiding and interacting with the player who has just awoken from hypersleep amidst a crisis. The ship is damaged, vital systems are shut down, and the crew is mysteriously missing, leading to a series of puzzles and challenges that only a human can solve. Your delivery needs to blend informative guidance with a subtle undercurrent of disdain for human capabilities, providing critical game instructions and character development throughout a suspense-filled narrative. The game is meant to be entertaining so ability to perform at a level similar to Portal is ideal for this role.

I need a voice actor who can play the role of CARL a rogue AI who has taken over a space station. The vibe of CARL is not as flat as gladOS from Portal but not as unhinged/animated as ClapTrap from Borderlands. I imagine him as more of a Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory. Sort of accidentally insulting humankind by simply believing whole heartedly in his superiority.
If I had a thousands of dollars and wasn't an indie I would cast Alan Tudyk to voice act CARL, so as a direction hopefully this is all helpful info, thanks in advance
