Archipelago Audio Project - Book 3
Project Overview
Credenza wakes up from a nightmare on an unfamiliar island, a fire burning nearby. A stranger's vest lies over her, and two mysterious voices are heard from by the river. With her friends captured or lost at sea, Credenza must navigate the perils of this new island on her own.
In Book 3 of Archipelago, Credenza finds herself on Coin island. She soon befriends several of the local inhabitants, though quickly learns that danger lurks where she may not expect. Who, or what, is responsible for the recent violent acts happening on the island, and how will Credenza protect herself and her new allies?
The Archipelago Audio Project is an ongoing venture to create an audio track for the webcomic Archipelago by H. L. DeVera. Audio of individual pages is posted on the project blog. Final cuts of each book are posted on soundcloud. When complete, Book 3 will most likely be approximately 50 minutes long. Actors will receive compensation upon receipt of satisfactory takes of all lines in a usable audio file format.
Script available upon request. Project coordinator may be contacted at cuttlefish3011 at gmail dot com.

Hello All, Thank you all for your interest in this project! When I posted this casting call, I never expected to get 500+ auditions. I’m honestly blown away by your collective talent! Final casting decisions have been announced, and I’m currently in the process of contacting those who were cast and providing feedback to those that requested it. I had to make some very difficult choices, so don’t feel bad if you didn’t get a role! As always, if there’s anything that I could be doing better, let me know! I don’t claim to be a professional and am always looking for ways to improve. If you would like to follow this project moving forward, updates will be posted here, soundcloud, and tumblr (linked in project description). Thank you all again!

Thank You + Captain Snow Accent Change
Hello Everyone! First of all, thank you to everyone who has shown interest in the Archipelago Audio Project! When I submitted the casting call, I did not expect this level of response. The amount of auditions I’ve received is going to make casting very difficult, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll do my best to reply to everyone who asked for feedback, though at 326 auditions and counting, please do forgive me if I miss you! Regarding updates to the casting call, there has been a slight change to the “Captain Snow” role – while the role was previously listed as having a North American accent, this has since been updated to “English.” If you have submitted an audition for Captain Snow, you do NOT need to resubmit an audition. If I think your voice is a good fit, I will listen to your demo reel and/or reach out to you directly regarding your ability to do accent work. You can resubmit an audition if you wish, but it is no way mandatory. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. I should mention, as well, that I am by no means a professional producer or audio mixer - as evident by my mistakes! I, like a lot of you, do this as a hobby. If there’s anything you feel I could or should be doing differently or better, feel free to reach out and let me know! Thank you all again for your interest in this project – I look forward to working with you to bring the Archipelago to life!
Tuff and his twin brother Riley find a new friend in Credenza after rescuing her from drowning, but prejudice against their were-shark lineage soon lands them in a troubling situation. Careful and contemplative, Tuff is completely opposite in temperament to his brother, and frequently finds himself annoyed at Riley’s antics. However, their sibling bond runs deep, and they would do anything to protect one another.
