Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
Heeey, everybody! This casting call is for "A Web Of Threads" An animated series!
A BIT ABOUT THE STORY
This pilot is going to be about Dolly. A voodoo doll. Escaping the witches Willow and her daughter Hex. Once she crosses the border of life and dead she stumbled upon a old town, Where she meets a sweet little ghost named BoO. Together they are going on magical adventures with Eddie. But there is someone lurking in the shadows...
WHO IM LOOKING FOR
I'm searching for Animators, Storyboard artists, Background Artists, Music Producers, and Voice Actors. If you're not cast for a main role, and your voice matches the tone of the show, I may ask you to provide lines for supporting roles in this production. All roles are in the English language.
WHAT I ASK OF YOU
First and foremost, HAVE FUN --I love to meet new people and make new friends. Lets create something truly phenomenal! But none of it means anything if the people involved aren't passionate about it.
Have Discord, If you don't have it. You are still allowed to audition. But i really recommend you should get discord. Because that's how we will communicate.
FOR VOICE ACTORS
Please submit clean recordings on good mics (no air conditioners in the background, no fans ect. -- I don't mind you using noise reduction on your files, however too much of it reduces the quality of your voice) Feel free to improvise and or cut your lines to your best/favorite takes. Remember three is the char,. If you would rather give me more takes, that's okay, too. However please at least remove the takes you don't like.
Last but not least, since this is a pilot. I'd like to cast people who will be able to stick around.

BoO’s origin is unknown. The only thing we know is that he used to be a human who died tragically. He is not used to people seeing or hearing him. Most of the time he gets ignored or people walk right through him.

She used to be a normal doll, Until her eye got scratched out by a cat. The child got scared of her and the parents decided to throw her out. Once alone on the streets she got picked up again by a witch, Who turned her into a voodoo doll.

Kroghals: Goofy, kinda a robinhood, good hearted villain.
Tries to be scary but fails miserably. The townspeople think he is a monster but in reality he is a goodhearted villain who takes abused kids away, and gives them a new life in his dimensional circus.
reference Mark hamill’s joker but i'm open to any interpretation really as long as its scary.

Hex: Mean, sarcastic and bored out of her mind all the time. The one responsible for bringing Dolly to life.
The teenage daughter of Willow. Her mom always sends her out to do her dirty work. She is evil but she has her good sides. Always gets annoyed by her mom, and doesn’t understand why her mom just doesn’t do the job herself. Oh and she loves swearing, and cursing people is her hobby.

He is the owner of the almighty library father from BoO. A weird guy but nice to people he trusts. He looks and sounds menacing when he has red eyes, but nice and calm when they turn to blue.
