Project Overview
Star Wars Audio Comics is proud to announce that we will be continuing our Star Wars audio comics with several one-off dubs: So Much More, Heart of Darkness, SaBBotage, and Red Four! SWAC has been producing critically acclaimed comic series similar to these for four years, especially Star Wars content. We are thrilled to include these stories in our lineup! Before we delve too far into what this project is about, we have supplied links to some of our previously completed works to give you a feel for what you will be voicing.

How it Works:
Suffice it to say, we have mastered bringing to life comics over our four year run on YouTube. We pride ourselves on our company's quality in both visuals, sound effects, music, and the most important part: the voice actors. All productions start with a highly detailed and descriptive casting call. Our typical policy is we don't cast actors until the last day of the call so everyone has plenty of time to audition. Our CC's typically last 2-3 weeks. At the end of the CC process, the Series Director will make the casting decisions based on a variety of factors such as audio quality, performance, vocal range, talent, etc. Once the casting decisions have been made, we send a link for a private Discord server where you will find your scripts, submit your lines, and meet and mingle with your fellow castmates. Deadlines will be posted for line submissions to allow voice actors time to first takes and if requested, retakes. From there it is up to the Director to bring the video to life. Production time will be as airtight as possible, so please try to have your audio in as quickly as possible so production can begin.

Ground rules:
- Please be able to get your lines in by the deadline posted by the director. Production time will be airtight!
- Have professional grade equipment or at the bare minimum make sure your audio is top notch. No background noise!
- Have a Discord or be able to create one. This allows for us to communicate and upload documents much easier than Skype or any other platform.

Breha Organa is the Queen of Alderaan, wife of Viceroy Bail Organa, and adoptive mother of Princess Leia Organa. She is strong willed, and extremely loyal both to her family and to her planet. Over the years she has worked with her husband to finance the organization that would grow to become the Rebel Alliance. In this comic she shares a tender moment with her adopted daughter, telling her stories about Padme Amidala - Leia's birth mother.
Breha has never had a canonical voice, so you can interpret her how you want, but she should sound both regal and loving. Breha appears in the comic So Much More, and has 33 lines, paying a total of $8.25.
"Leia, meet Padme Amidala. She was a queen, yes. And so much more."
"She was only a child when it kindled. That spark - the spark. Eight years old and already an apprentice legislator... can you imagine, Leia?"
"Padme Amidala was so much more than a queen. She was a fighter. But never forget, Leia: Padme's most epic fights took place in the Senate, not on the battlefields."
Minch is a Jedi Knight, a member of the same species as the future Grandmaster of the Jedi Order, Master Yoda. Despite passing the trials on his path to knighthood, Minch is frequently underestimated by his peers because of his size, and he's eager to prove his worth during a mission to stop a Bpfasshi Dark Jedi.
As a member of Yoda's species, Minch should speak with a similar voice, but since he is several hundred years younger than Yoda, he should sound less gravelly and more energetic. Minch appears in the comic Heart of Darkness, and has 21 lines, paying a total of $5.25.
"There is no escape. Cornered, you are."
"Too small, you think I am. Pursue, I will. There is no fear, only courage."
"A Jedi, I am. My path is with the force."
Theo Meltsa is an X-Wing pilot for the Resistance, helping to defend the galaxy against the First Order. He has a crush on Resistance technician Peet Deretalia, but is too nervous to tell her how he feels. In the months leading up to the Hosnian Cataclysm, BB-8 helps bring the two closer together, so they can share their feelings.
He should sound young and increasingly irritated with BB-8, but somewhat nervous when talking with Peet. Theo appears in the comic SaBBotage, and has 16 lines, paying a total of $4.00.
"What the-? I just looked over the ship. I didn't see-"
"Oh, come on! You've got to be kidding me. You! I know you must have had something to do with this."
"I keep losing parts on my ship. I think the droid may be the culprit. Do you think you could give me a hand... uh...?"
Peet Deretalia is a technician working for the Resistance, helping to keep the group's ships and tech running. She has a crush on X-Wing pilot Theo Meltsa, but is too nervous to tell him how she feels. In the months leading up to the Hosnian Cataclysm, BB-8 helps bring the two closer together, so they can share their feelings.
She should sound young and enthusiastic, but somewhat nervous when talking with Theo. Peet appears in the comic SaBBotage, and has 14 lines, paying a total of $3.50.
"What... What are you doing? Hey! Cut it out!"
"I'm sorry, Theo. This droid is being difficult."
"You know, any time you want me to look over your ship - make sure no more parts are falling off - I can always help."
T'dai is a Zabrak Jedi Master, serving the Order several hundred years before the return of the Sith. Accompanied by a team of Knights, T'dai attempts to capture a Bpfasshi Dark Jedi to discover the location of his master. However, a member of the Jedi team, Minch, splits off from the group to pursue the Dark Jedi on his own, leaving T'dai and the rest of the team in orbit.
T'dai should have a strong, authoritative voice, but you can otherwise interpret his voice how you'd like. T'dai appears in the comic Heart of Darkness, and has 13 lines, paying a total of $3.25.
"Surrender, Darksider! We have you out-numbered. Where is your master?"
"Bpfasshi (bip-fash-ee) ship-- cut your engines and prepare to be towed. (Pause) He’s making a run for it toward that planet."
"Stand down, Minch. Nav com says it’s Dagobah. No technology, massive life-form readings, strong storms in the upper atmosphere. Landing would be too dangerous in small ships."
Leia Organa is the Princess of Alderaan, born of Senator Padme Amidala and Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, and adopted by Bail and Breha Organa. Now roughly two years old, Leia takes note of a statue of Amidala, and listens as Breha recounts stories of the late senator.
Since Leia is only a toddler here, it won't be necessary to emulate Carrie Fisher, just as long as you can manage to sound convincingly young. Leia appears in the comic So Much More, and has 8 "lines" (most of which are just "ooh" or other such reactions), paying a total of $2.00.

A practitioner of the dark side of the Force, this Dark Jedi, a member of the Bpfasshi species, leads a cult that aims to seize power throughout their system. When the Jedi arrive to stop them, this master refuses to surrender his power without a fight.
His voice should sound old and sinister, in a similar sense as Palpatine. The Bpfasshi master appears in the comic Heart of Darkness, and has 6 lines, paying a total of $1.50.
"I think not. There are always more to be turned. Perhaps you."
"A Jedi?! You are but a child- small and weak, full of fear and anger."
"Fear not, little one. Give in to the dark side, and I will show you what true power is."
A practitioner of the dark side of the Force, this Dark Jedi, a member of the Bpfasshi species, follows a cult that aims to seize power throughout their system. When the Jedi arrive to stop them, this apprentice refuses to surrender the location of his master.
His voice should sound young and forceful, similar to Darth Maul. The Bpfasshi apprentice appears in the comic Heart of Darkness, and has 5 lines, paying a total of $1.25.
"You think you can stop me? Why don’t you run along home and meditate before you get hurt! (Pause) The council must be desperate to send padawans after us."
"Foresee the future. The days of the Jedi are numbered, the legions of Bpfasshi (bip-fash-ee) grows. You cannot defeat us all!"
"You have won this time, Jedi… But I will tell you NOTHING!"
WA-2V is the nanny droid tasked with caring for Princess Leia Organa while her parents attend to their royal duties. Much like C-3PO, she is a stickler for decorum and protocol, and Leia's tendency to run off has gotten her worked up.
She should have a very proper sounding voice. Robotic effect isn't necessary, but would be appreciated. WA-2V appears in the comic So Much More, and has 3 lines, paying a total of $0.75.
"Leia! Princess, come back here! Your highness, please! This is not how royalty behaves!"
"Oh, dear... How can I tell Breha I have lost the tiny Princess of Alderaan?!"
"Princess?! Where are you?!"
Mee Deechi is the senator of Umbara, and a proponent and profiteer of the Clone Wars. He tries to convince Amidala that her anti-war stance is "unpatriotic."

Onaconda Farr is the senator of Rodia, and one of Amidala's oldest friends. After being forced by the Separatists to kidnap Amidala, he rejoins the Republic and apologizes to her.

"Can you ever forgive me, Padme?"
We need several extras for minor roles in the comics. One will be a crew member on the Republic ship Takara, reporting to Master T'dai in the comic Heart of Darkness, and three will be Rebel pilots/soldiers standing around the apparent site of Darth Vader's death in the comic Red Four. The characters only have 1-3 lines each, meaning each role pays a total of $0.75. They can be any gender, except for one of the rebels who is depicted as male. We'll be casting four of the actors who audition here.
Republic Crewmember: "Control has detected the unauthorized launch of a small ship from docking bay 16."
Rebel Pilot: "Red Four's name was Micha. She must have thought it was worth it. I can't argue. It was Darth Vader. What Micha did... She just saved a lot of lives."
Rebel Pilot: "Word will get out. New systems will join the Alliance. She might have just won us the rebellion. She's a hero, and we should-"
