Unnamed Liminal Inspired Object Show
Project Overview
The show'll have liminal spaces and weirdcore/dreamcore inspiration, buuuut it won't really show in episode 1.
Story
Basically a bunch of objects get stuck in this weird place after going through a door or hallway that's never been there before, and are now trying to escape it and get back home. Some people will get added to the group and some will leave for their own reasons.
It's a bit vague since I don't wanna spoil anything too badly.
WARNING
This is free work. There is payment but nothing with money.
Auditions are 16+. Lying about your age will get you blacklisted.
The show will have swearing. If you're not comfortable swearing please tell me and I will give you a role with 0 swears.
There will be scary or disturbing imagery and including heavier topics.
STRICT NO AI! If I see any AI auditions, you're gone.
Progress on this will be slow so please be patient or don't engage.
Payment
Art work, animation, 3D model (rigged or sculpted), character design, voice acting, translation (fi) and anything in my skill set and budget.
You can decline or ask for one later.
Discord is required, sadly, unless you can convince me to use something else.
Here's the discord server if you wanna join: https://discord.gg/XqF8jpWZy
Feel free to ask for feedback and I'll give you some.
and if you're a voice actor please do a silly noise at the end of your audition thanks :3
This casting call covers for episode 1, so be on the lookout for any future casting calls.
Good luck everyone ^^

Extending the due date!
I am going to be extending the casting call by 2 months due to some mental health related issues. I really hate to do this, but I know it is for the best.
I am looking for discord alternatives as well </3. I hope I won't have to cancel the whole casting call just because I can't communicate with people >.>
Please remember to take care of yourselves and drink some water!

I declined some people early.
Hello everyone!
Just wanna update that I WON'T be casting or declining anyone early. If I do decline people early, I think they're a bot (or using AI).
If I made a mistake, please tell me ^^

A bratty bully type. She usually shit talks everyone, friend or foe. She's the most important "friend" to Manya, backstory wise.
Voice: Feminine, a bit bratty and mean sounding.
(some voice claims I'm thinking Heather Chandler from Heathers The Musical (Jessica Keenan Wynn) and Nicole from class of '09)

Nicole: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CFOgzaWt1I
YOU DON'T HAVE TO COPY THESE EXACTLY, JUST GETTING THE GENERAL TONE AND VIBE. I'm up for hearing other interpretations of the voice :3

Manya's here! You owe me 50! (shouting behind her)

Molly is a person who tries to act all sweet and innocent to the public eye, but in reality she's really mean. She likes to act like she doesn't want to be apart the group full of mean people, to get people to open up to her and tell her their deepest secrets and insecurities. She uses the information to gossip and blackmail.
When people try to call out for her behavior, she feints innocent and does some crazy gaslighting or makes that person an outcast.
The only thing she isn't lying to you about is her love for cute things.
The only people she shows her real self to is her so called friends.
She fakes her voice being a bit higher and cuter then it actually is.
Voice: A feminine high pitched voice, which tries to sound all sweet and innocent AND being able to switch to a bit deeper (still higher-medium pitched) and meaner voice. The fake high pitched voice can have some sinister undertones to it.
BONUS: provide me with 2 laughs: 1 trying to sound cutesy and 1 her actual laugh
Language:
- english

I'm sorry... I thought class was at 12.30 isntead of 9.30. (pleading, trying to sound sympathetic)
That was supposed to be a secret? I didn't know. (trying to sound unaware, but she knew what she was doing)
and she told me she was insecure about her appareance, like she *should* be. I would not go out in public if I looked like that. (gossiping, mocking, said in her natural voice)

She's a fun person to be around, confrontational and a bit dumb.
Most people think she's a lot more dumber than she actually is and try to take advantage of her.
She is still a bully but most people think she's joking when she's mean (cuz she kinda dumb still and her humor is just like that.)
Yeah, I reused one of the bg characters and turned them into her instead. The garnish is from her boyfriend.
Voice: Feminine, always sounding like she's yelling and a bit oblivious to her surroundings.
Whaaat??? you made that? that's like so cool! (genuine)
UGGHHH Jeremy can't come. He got hit by a car or something. (annoyed)
Oooo, Did she cry? did she punch you? Spill the tea, girl! (intrigued, gossiping)
