Project Overview
A 3 minute romantic tragedy film about two rivals dancing out their issues. This is a student film meant to explore short films and choreography.
We are casting for one character named SAGE. A dramatic, sensitive, male young adult. This role is in the English language. Pay is $20 for the entire project. Payment is made through Venmo or Paypal. Credit will be given in credits of film.
The deadline for auditions is November 26th, 2022. There are no plans to extend this deadline. Notification of the voice actor cast will be on November 27th, 2022 and scripts will be sent November 28th. All lines must be received by December 10th. This is a hard deadline. Do not apply if you cannot record between November 28th - December 10th.
Expect to be greeted by director and animator Sabrina. Communication will be through Discord or Gmail. You will have the opportunity to connect with the other voice actors during production.
Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics. (no background noise, no air conditioners, no fans, etc.) Do not add effects to your lines. We will ask for effects when they are necessary. Cut your lines to your best/favorite takes. Submit your recording as a .wav or .mp3 file to our email which will be shared after casting. Line re-dos might be asked occasionally. This will be a one time recording but when new projects are started, we tend to return to voice actors we have worked with in the past.

Sage is a sassy, egotistical, young adult man. He has a past of dancing in a duo with the character Mino but Sage later decided he wanted to go solo. This tore apart the duo and Sage is now a famous solo dancer. An English accent would be preferred but is not required.
