The Secrets of Orion
Project Overview
"When the forestry evil reignites,
Shall the 7 heroes finally unite.
A journey worth that of a tale,
Must these 7 heroes prevail.
Close 7 doors to expel the night,
May these stars shine bright.
Should they fight or take the fall,
the final decision shall determine the fate of all."
World Information:
20,000 years ago, there was a group of beings with immense power. They called themselves the Divinity. The Divinity was a group of 7 beings each representing different things that they brought into this world, the ether, time, nature, death, love, mind and strength. For centuries the Divinity lived in peace and harmony amongst mortals. Until one day 7 mortals crossed a barrier they should not have crossed, unleashing an evil onto the world, chaos. This chaos spread around the land, causing wars, destruction and many more horrible things. There was only one way for the Divinity to protect the land, the evil was brought into the world with 7 open doors. To save the land the Divinity created 7 keys in the form of 7 gems, they closed the doors and vanquished the evil from the land. To make sure the 7 doors would never be opened again, the Divinity split and retreated from the mortal world, leaving the mortals to fend for themselves.
Thousands of years later, most mortals have forgotten the Divinity and now live in a new place. Orion.
Orion is a small kingdom in the middle of a large forest, called the Neverwood Forest. However, the citizens do not know that. They believe the kingdom is surrounded by a wasteland, and the second you step out, you die. That's why the Kingdom of Orion has not had a single recorded visitor in approximately 500 years. That may be one of the only truths in the entire kingdom.
Another lie in the kingdom? Everyone is safe.
The Secrets of Orion is a fantasy, action, mystery and romance series.
Story Synopsis
There are a copious amount of rules citizens of Orion must follow, fish only on Wednesdays, every business idea must be approved by the royal council, families should consist of no more that two children and two adults, no one leaves or enters Orion. Disobey any of these rules, and you face years locked away.
And of course, Rosalyn has to be on the side against the rules. After a slip up in a small mission, Rosalyn finds herself locked away with an interesting companion. The new companion introduces Rosa to the world outside of Orion and gets her to join the Nevermore, a group formed due to the prophecy. Together, they all work together to fulfil their destinies.
Audition Guidelines
- Please state your name. (For VAs at the beginning of your audition)
- The project will discuss queer topics. If you don't like that then don't audition :) - For VAs
- Have a clean audio (no background noise or at the very least VERY minimal background noise) - For VAs
- You must have discord.
- You must have some experience
- If you are able to do more than one certain position, feel free to audition for multiple positions.
- Please do not leave the team if you are cast, unless it is very necessary. It is immensely frustrating.

Rosalyn (Rosa) Ander
Character Description: Rosalyn is a family driven thief, she always wants to help her family (and loved ones) out!
Personality: Rosalyn is extremely loyal, she will do anything for those she loves, which occasionally can lead her to do some really stupid things. She can also be quite stubborn, if she wants to do something she can and will do it, and there is very little you can do to stop her. She tends to get distracted by the little things, like, very suspicious movement in a bush, she will immediately go to investigate it. She also isn’t very good with most social situations, very easily missing the majority of social cues. She also talks. A LOT.

Eden Sinclair
Character Description: Eden is the founder of the Nevermore, she is like their parental figure, and also the only non-human on the team.
Personality: Eden is very caring of the Nevermore members. Most of them do not have families and see the Nevermore as their family so he feels a sense of responsibility for the Nevermore. She has trained most of the members in the Nevermore in combat, and they all follow what they say, mostly. She can also be pretty intimidating and daunting when he wants to be.

Medium - Medium low. A more feminine voice
-(Frustrated) "How many times do I have to tell you not to call me fluffball. That is an extremely disrespectful nickname. Think of something else."
-(Dismissive) "Oh just ignore them. As much as we need them, just pretend they aren't there and all your troubles are solved."
-(Worried) "Shallow Lake is a dangerous place! Why did you go alone? You could've gotten hurt, or worse."
Aurora (Rory) Casperan
Character Description: Rory is one of the members of the Nevermore.
Personality: Aurora, dubbed Rory by her fellow members of the Nevermore, is a stubborn and brave girl. She has a lot of fears however she never lets them stop her from helping the ones she loves. She is never afraid to vocalise her own opinion and get in the way when someone is doing something wrong. She is the glue of the Nevermore.

-(Sceptical) "Are we sure the gem is here? Seems like a weird place. And it seems a little freaky."
Kaden Caswell
Character Description: Kaden is one of the members of the Nevermore.
Personality: Kaden builds up a lot of walls due to his past. He doesn’t like talking about his feelings or opening up because he thinks it makes him feel weak. Kaden tends to come off as mean and insulting, however he’s a character who, despite his appearance and initial personality, does care a lot about the people he loves, and though he may not show it, he does love the Nevermore, he is just very scared.

-(frustrated) "That is clearly a trap! You cannot be stupid enou- (understanding) you're going to save him aren't you."
Everett Locke
Character Description: Everett is a member of the Nevermore.
Personality: He could probably be classed as the heart of the Nevermore. He is extremely friendly and open to everyone and always sees the bright side of a dark situation. He lifts the Nevermore’s moods with jokes and pranks (Mostly on Kaden), though will not hesitate to take things seriously if the situation calls for it.

-(Cheerful) "We all have matching necklaces. It's sort of like, it's hard to explain. It's like matching friendship bracelets, but like sprinkle a little bit of fate, destiny and doom into the mix."
Rylie Jackson
Character Description: Rylie is a member of the Nevermore.
Personality: He’s not the brightest, or he comes across that way. Any plan he makes is sloppy, yet always works. He’s got a terrible memory so he’s really bad with names, this makes him give nicknames to everyone. He comes across as not knowing what he is doing, or untrustworthy, yet he has a large amount of experience and is able to deal with things under pressure.

-(sad) "He has a bad past with the gems. Something about them being the reason his family is dead, Kaden doesn't really say much about his past. The most everyone knows is he's from the underworld."
Jupiter Astor
Character Description: Jupiter is a member of the Nevermore.
Personality: Jupiter is a tough warrior. She tends to be very strict and is not always happy for some down time. She always likes to plan and be ahead of the schedule. However, when she is having some downtime, she can be really goofy and can have a lot of fun.

-(determined) "I'm going to Shallow Lake. Look, I know what you're going to say, but I'm going, whether you like it or not. It's my fault we lost the strength gem, so it's my responsibility to get it back."
-(Commanding/Tense) " There's a mysterious presence outside of the base. It could be the royal guards... What are you guys doing just standing there? Go grab some weapons and check it out!"
-(knowing) "Soooo... Are we going to talk about your little crush on Rosalynn?"
Lilith
Lilith is Rosalyn’s oldest sister. She helps out Rosalyn a lot.
I cannot share much about Lilith as it may be considered as spoilers.

-(worried) "Rosalyn! I've been so worried about you!"
-(regretful) "This is such a bad idea."
Extras will have one or two lines per episode, I can't guarantee, most of these are very minor roles.
-(Awkward) "My name is Ivy."
-(Commanding) "There's someone in the building! Surround the perimeter!!"
- (scared) "y-yo-you're a wolf?!"
The role of the riggers are to obviously rig characters. Seeing as it is a zero budget project, they will not expected to rig the entire model as I will help out in rigging as well. Riggers will only be rigging the 8 main characters (initially-if more characters are added there will be more characters to rig, however it is unlikely).
The 8 characters will be spilt in two, 4 for each rigger. They will be provided with a full psd to rig.
Please audition with a sample of a model (preferably gacha) that you have rigged, or with a video of a model YOU have rigged in use. Please use Live2d as that will be the program used to animate these models.
