Project Overview
The Emperor’s Coven is an alternate reimagining of The Owl House, grand in scope and steeped in imperial intrigue. This tale shifts focus to the life of Hunter, the Golden Guard, as he navigates the resplendent yet perilous halls of the Emperor’s Palace. Within these towering citadels of obsidian and gold, he is bound to the will of Emperor Belos, carrying out the duties of the realm with precision and unwavering loyalty.
Each day is marked by ritual and vigilance, as Hunter maneuvers through a court of secrets, whispers, and the ever-present shadow of his uncle’s expectations.
In this alternate universe, the covenant between the enigmatic Collector and Emperor Belos has been forged in a manner most unlike the one known to history. Their accord is far more intricate, a delicate game of power and manipulation. The Collector’s influence seeps subtly into the palace, manifesting in strange phenomena and haunting visions, while Belos strengthens his dominion over the Isles with an iron hand veiled in velvet. Hunter, caught between duty and curiosity, begins to perceive the palace walls not merely as stone and steel, but as the living arteries of a kingdom pulsing with mysteries and shadows.
As Hunter traverses this gilded labyrinth, he encounters not just soldiers and scholars, but spectral echoes of the Emperor’s long-guarded ambitions. Training sessions in the grand arenas blend with secret missions through moonlit corridors, each task pulling him further into the intricate dance of loyalty and deception.
Through these trials, he glimpses the vast machinery of imperial control, where magic, politics, and forbidden pacts intertwine like the threads of a tapestry too dangerous to unravel.

“I believe this one shall do for now, Collector. Bind your spell and our deal is forevermore.”
“Hunter — what did I say about ruining things?.. our plan had been near perfect, yet, you made a mistake. You understand what happens to those, who make mistakes, don’t you?”
“See that you do, Hunter.”
