The Divinex is a long-term multimedia project heralded by our 7 titular members. We create music, art, literature, and games, all based on one shared universe, The Divinex.
This project is long-term in the sense that we want to use the same voice actors and artists for our projects throughout the years. Currently, we're working on a voice-acted visual novel project, and plans for future projects include a dubbed webcomic and an animated series.
This production is intended for a 15+ audience due to swearing/vulgar language, sexual scenes, and graphic violence/blood.

Personality:
Gudrun is an angel in every sense of the word. He displays more compassion and empathy to a stranger then most people would to a friend.
Voice:
His voice is relatively high pitched and he speaks with a soft tone, very rarely getting angry. His tone teeters on monotonous.

They weren’t just gonna let an illegal ishim keep their spaceship after illegally landing on Divinex.
(serious, sincere) I wish I could say I knew, but as Bahis said, it seems only one of you can survive. But if there's even the slightest chance for the two of you to coexist I will make sure it happens.
(amused) I wanted to leave you in your ignorance but I can’t let you believe that these “stories” actually happened. It creates an inaccurate worldview.
Personality:
Aki is a pretty rational person, but that also makes her very indecisive. She's more of a listener than a talker, except when she feels the need to put forth her opinion (in which case she'll make it very clear where she stands). If caught off guard by something unexpected that she can't control, she might blank out or get angry. Some social cues and implied humor goes right over her head, which is probably a direct result of being raised by an emotionless robot.
Voice:
She has a low-ish voice (not too feminine) and can sound a bit monotonous at times, but when she needs to she can sound very stern and loud.

(reassuring) You've already done a lot for me. You took me on a date, introduced me to earth cuisine, offered to help fix my apartment, and I could keep going.
(angry, untrusting) Ship, once we are safely back inside with the door closed, you will take me and Calypso SAFELY back to Earth, to the exact location you left from with Calypso. Take no liberties.
Personality:
Laputis is a temperamental, emotional, amnesiac who spouts her thoughts without much refinement. She can go from a quiet, productive sort to a loud and unreasonable one. She is also quite smug, and doesnt take herself too seriously.
Voice:
Her voice sounds slightly ragged, and quite deep. She has picked up a british accent from old friends. (No specific accent, any region is fine)

(Agitated, frustrated, lashing out) Oh shut up you don’t care anyway. I’m only stay|ng because... because... I don’t really have a place to go...
(Confused, frustrated, angry at herself) Fuck off, I was trying to show you something and now you're no use to me… goddamnit. we were talking about goth. Gothic churches. Old. And I remembered that, i'm sure it was a long time ago.. but... fuck. why. why cant I remember this shit. whats the point? fucking ugh
(using a serious tone but is joking) Every day I am more convinced that I havent stumbled into a quirky band led by a quirky band leader, but instead a dictator-like North Korean power fantasy led by the scummiest angel they could scrape from the bottom of my hopes and dreams. These poor fools have to turn into obedient Soy cucks and suck the massively dissaponting peen of Kim Jong The-Explorer, this or just dissapear from the face of the earth, drop a track, and then escape back to where they came from. These are the only ways to survive this fever dream.
This character inhabits the same body as Kallie.
Personality:
Calypso tends to be fairly laid back and calm. When confronted with difficult situations he uses humour to ease it. While he likes to put on a good show for those around him, it doesn't take a great lot to send him into a sobbing fit. He is quite confused about his own identity, not at all helped by having to share control over his body with Kallie, and can be very shy and defensive when the topic of his own feelings about himself are brought up.
Voice:
Calypso's voice is typically fairly smooth and calm, but is prone to cracks when he's agitated.
Quirk Key:
Begins sentences with punctuation.
Ends sentences with a capital letter.
Just in general reverses sentence structure.
(jokingly flirtatious) I only have one bed. So it's sharing, or the floor. You choose.
(explaining, happy) I remember... being on the sofa. Then a loud siren went off. And now we're here. The marvels of modern transportation!
(serious, hurt, confused ) You have no clue how strange it feels. To only have a vague amount of control over your actions. To watch your body do things you didn't tell it to. And hear a voice that isn't your own come from your mouth. I feel physically ill, even just thinking about what that felt like. But I can't really do anything about it. She deserves life just as much as I do. I guess we're just sharing it now.
Personality:
Kallie shares the same body as Cal, but she awakened inside him later in life. She feels guilty about this, fearing that she's a burden to either Cal or his friends. She tries her best to be friendly and kind, while not annoying anyone. This can sometimes be a tightrope walk due to her upbeat and chipper personality, also her inquisitiveness certainly does help.
Voice:
Kallie usually sounds enthusiastic and full of energy, faltering to a far more quiet and timid voice when necessary.
Quirk:
Proper capitalization.
All punctuation is upside down.
(overly apologetic) Oh no! Oh goodness, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to take over your friend.
(awkward, embarassed) Oh, ok, just asking because, uhhh... I wouldn't say this to anyone if they were not a good friend of his. Respecting his privacy and whatnot. But uuh, apparently no biological differences have occured... in the downstairs department.
(curious) Sorry for all of the questions, but why was he wearing a skirt? Is that just, like, his style?
Midas Phrygia is a gold buyer on Divinex. His role in the story is very minor but he's intended to make a few cameos. Midas is a pretty greedy guy but he still respects the customer and tries to give them a deal they can live with.
His voice is deep and slithery but he speaks very properly.
Capitalizes all "middle" letters in each word.
This is a very nice looking piece of gold, however I am doubtful of it’s authenticity.
On closer inspection I do believe it is real. But I don’t think it’s gold.
I believe it is yellow tinted quartz. Still something very much worth selling, but not too me.
Midas is one of the two playable interviewers in our visual novel "Outerview". Midas is a pretty major asshole to everyone. He's very grumpy and wishes he was anywhere but where he actually is.
He constantly sounds pissed and skeptical.
(skeptical, done with everyones shit) So let me see if I’ve got this straight. There are two guys you basically live with, one you have a minor connection to and two you basically know nothing about? ((and no this is not a writing error lmao he's talking about five different people))
You heard me. What are you hiding? I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but even I can tell you’re hiding something.
(malicious sarcasm) Oh please vincent, let me repay our hosts great kindness. In fact, I'll sign a record deal right here and now! What's that? You want the company outright? Well let me just call up hq they'd be happy to hand it right over!
Vincent is the other playable interviewer in our visual novel "Outerview". Vincent is also an asshole but, as opposed to Midas, Vincent realizes that the fastest way to get the job done is to not be an asshole. Due to this he speaks quite impolitely to his coworkers but tries to keep it professional when speaking with clients and customers.
If there is a god, you curse them. What kind of twisted individual would give you the brilliant opportunity of a prestigious position and then pull it out from under you? You are a manager, not some glorified errand boy, but sadly that’s not even what truly infuriates you.
Now it’s just you and Midas again. You’d honestly almost forgotten how much you hate that man. He’s much easier to be around when Gudrun’s also there. Gudrun just has this way of making you feel a bit better. Midas on the other hand has this way of making you feel much worse.
Hmmm. Interesting.
You pretend to write notes in your notebook but in reality you’re just scribbling and doodling. Midas looks over your shoulder to see what you’re doing and gives you a light smirk.
