THE ARKHAM FILES: RESURRECTED. Original Mini-Series. Created by Nathan Seals, and adapted by Benjamin Lewis Grace. The content in this script is under copyright, and solely for content on the NATHANIEL EVERWEST YOUTUBE CHANNEL.
Cops and Robbers... Is specifically a psychological account on Lyle Bolton, a character created by Paul Dini, Marty Isenberg and Robert N. Skir. His first appearance in Robin #24, published on January, 1996. He also appeared in New Earth, No Man's Land, Prime Earth and Infinite Crisis.
THE ARKHAM FILES: RESURRECTED is a project about the inmates in Arkham, following a series of cut up, and unorganized episodes of different featured characters. Some episodes, like this one, may be centred around one specific character, but others may take the form of research compiled into one video, including doctor's psychological accounts on the patients, hidden footage of conversations, security feeds of character interactions, and moments that take place relatively outside of the footage-based series.

The information shown here is for the cast, and to help fill out untapped history and added information: Lyle Bolton is an ex-police officer, dedicated and religiously strict to his principles. Ever since he was a child, he had been raised by criminals. His father, Clayton Bolton, was a lackey for Vincent Falcone, and had to watch as he ascended higher through the rankings of criminality, becoming more depraved. As he grew, young Lyle, his father was in a position of power where he ran the underbelly of Gotham, known as the Narrows, alongside the son of Vincent Falcone, Carmine. Lyle and his brother, Calun Bolton, were very close, often times Lyle would find himself defending his sibling in altercations at school, and his very own father at times, who he described as, “A drunkard piece of shit that wouldn't even leave Satan's ass.”
Doctor Danielle Orlo is a new character added to the Batman universe, created to represent a goodness and naivety that isn't seen all too much in Arkham Asylum doctors. Starting out, she is like a black sheep amongst her co-workers. She actively tries to make bonds with her patients, allowing them into her office, with supervision and safeguarding by the armed personnel of Arkham, of course. But, she clearly cares for her patients. She's roughly in her late fifties, and inspired by characters such as Doctor Redingote, and real life inspirations taken from Florence Nightingale.
