With two Grand Relics destroyed, and Magnus, Merle and Taako, have been making a name for themselves in the Bureau of Balance. The time has come once again to hunt down another Relic and this one is a doozy. The Gaia Sash, a belt capable of unleashing devastating nature magic has fallen into the hands of The Raven, a notorious thief and illegal Battle Wagon racer who is reeking thorny havoc on the city of Goldcliffe. Our Bois might be a little in over their heads on this one, but with a little help from Hurley, a monk with a deep connection to The Raven, they just might have some fuel in the tank left to kick their race for the Sash into overdrive. Did I mention there was racing in this one? IT'S DND FAST AND FURIOUS BAYBEEEEEE!!!

Hurley is a halfling monk, and Lieutenant in the Goldcliffe Militia under the command of Captain Captain Bane. She was originally charged with capturing the notorious thief The Raven, but instead came to form a loving relationship with her. The two even formed a Battle Wagon racing time with her, with Hurley operating under the alias "The Ram." After The Raven comes into contact with the Gaia Sash, Hurley teams up with The Bois, determined to destroy the Grand Relic and save her love from its thrall.
For Hurley, I'm looking for someone with a medium to high pitch. She can be energetic and anxious, stern and authoritative, soft and compassionate. This is a major supporting character this season and I need someone that can run the full emotional range.

Sloane is a notorious criminal and racer in Goldcliffe. After coming into contact with the Gaia Sash, she has drastically upped the scale of her criminal activity, using the powers of the Relic to bend nature to her whim. But with the thrall of The Grand Relics ever present and powerful it's hard to say if Sloane's greater ambitions for power are her...or the Sash's.
Sloane's voice should be smooth and medium-low to low in pitch. Cold, commanding and sinister in her most intense moments, tender and vulnerable in her softest.

[Confident at first, then tinged with the sudden realization that she is in way too deep. Then she slides back into a more confident, authoritative tone]

Oh Merle...you of all people should know better. Your friend is beyond saving! My power is hers....and she is MINE!
[Nervous at first, tinged with sadness. By the last line after the pause, she's on verge of tears from pure happiness]
Hurley, are you certain? If we do this, everything is going to change. We'll have to-
[small gasp, and then a beat passes]
...Well! Okay then!
Captain Captain Bane is a Seeker for the Bureau of Balance, tasked with tracking and reporting the location of Grand Relics back to the Bureau. He serves as the initial contact for the Bois and as the (surprise) Captain of the Goldcliffe Militia, the city's premiere (read as "only") crime fighting force.
Looking for a Low pitch for Captain Captain Bane, something that can come off as authoritative and strong as well as a little silly, a man who takes his work entirely too seriously.

The Raven is holed up inside the Trust Building, I assume stealing all the gold inside...and there's a LOT of gold inside.

The power that the Grand Relics grant can corrupt you so completely that you lose control. The fact that she didn't kill you outright makes me think she's somehow trying to resist the thrall.
[Uncharacteristically menacing in the beginning. EXPLODES into a violent frenzy]

Maarvy is the leader of The Hammerheads, a Battle Wagon racing team and criminal racket in Goldcliffe. She, along with her crew, serve as antagonists and rival racers to the the Bois. She is aloof, dismissive, and quick to anger, with a penchant for sadism.
Looking for a medium to high, snakelike pitch for Maarvy. Brooklyn accent optional, but always encouraged.

Johann is the resident Bard of the Bureau of Balance. He dreams of becoming the world's most renowned musician, a dream completely at odds with his tenure at the Bureau, an organization completely hidden from rest of the world. Consequentially, he has become jaded and apathetic to the organization, and of most people in general if we're being honest. You know what they say, it's hard to be a bard
Looking for a medium to medium low pitch for Johann. He should sound perpetually tired, aloof, occasionally spiteful, has the vibes of a burnt out millennial.

A spectral binicorn (that's 2 horns if you're keeping track) summoned by Taako in the Battle Wagon race. Garyl, is, by no exaggeration, the coolest being on this or any plane of the multiverse. Perpetually chill, never bothered, always down to go along with whatever crazy idea is thrown his way, Garyl radiates charm and charisma wherever he goes, and rides off into the sunset whenever he damn well pleases.
Garyl should be Medium-Low to Low in pitch, silky smooth in tone, and should feel laid back and casual, like you're way too cool to be any scene you're in.

Okay, cool. So first off, I'm not a "thing." I'm Garyl! Also, nobody "controls" Garyl! I'm an ethereal kite, floating in the unceasing breeze of Fate's whim! This particular kite is open to suggestions though.

Sergeant Detective Strawberry is a member of the Goldcliffe Militia alongside Captain Captain Bane and Hurley. They are quick to point out the obvious and fast track exposition, and even quicker to fall into narratively convenient danger, the ultimate convenience for a writer who needs to make sure the audience is on the same page.
I have no preference for Strawberry's pitch. This is a comic relief character who is and kind of a weenie, have fun with how you interpret that!

Trent is a treant created by the Gaia Sash that the Bois encounter early on in their mission. Literally 30 minutes old, doesn't know much about anything except "Kill Intruders" and "Fire Bad."
Open to interpretation on this one. This is a one-off, comic relief miniboss, so feel free to go nuts.
