The Omega Catalogue - [VAs NEEDED]
Project Overview
This listing is for an upcoming video project about a series of original superhero characters called The Omegas. I plan to have small sections of voice acted audio to pair with the art visuals. More roles will be added soon for each team member as will a doc going into a bit more detail about the characters including their full character art.

Slinky-Man is a young and spiffy hero at the ripe old age of 17. He's of Cherokee descent and lives with his spiteful grandmother who hates his superpowered heritage from his estranged "father". He's an active vigilante in the Washington DC area, being recruited as an officially licensed superhero at the age of 18 by the government and drafted into their newest project, The Omegas; the newest superhero team on the market.
Ben acts as the main character in the first few Omegas stories, allowing for the audience to view a world of capitalized and government controlled super-heroism from the perspective of the not-so-average teenager.
Overall, Ben has a lot of pep in his step and loves to crack a good joke or quip. He's very much alike Spider-Man in that aspect. Ben is naturally a very loud person, he sort of has to be when he's swinging around the city.

"Special agent Slinky-Man, reporting for duty!" [Note! Ben is confident here! Perhaps he's proud of his accomplishments]
"Oh my god, oh my god, Willow- I mean- erm- Miss Watts- I- uhh- Miss Iron Clad! It's nice to meet you!!" [Note! Ben is clearly fumbling over his words, think like meeting someone world famous.]
"My grandmother is going to kill me if she finds out I'm a superhero! And a government one at that!" [Note! He is very fearful of his very hateful grandmother, not only does she hate superheroes, she hates his superpowers and the government! If she found out, he'd be toast!]
Iron-Clad II, heiress to the government hero agency, daughter of it's founder. Driven by anger, fashion designer-turned-superhero Willow Watts stepped into her father's shoes and became the second Iron Clad (the first being active in the 1986s). Armed with the powers of a weaponized mech suit and unstable emotions, Willow accidentally caused a massive disaster and national tragedy. She fully immersed herself in the world of super-heroism and philanthropy after that, putting up a façade around press and media to make herself look better. Despite this, even her own teammates know that she's only in this for the fortune and fame.
Willow has a lot of disregard for the consequences of her actions, largely due to her father's government position and wealth, though she can always bury her mistakes, she can never run from them.
All in all, she has a very coldhearted and depressing demeanor, only ever feeling three emotions, anger, disgust, and greed. On occasion she will feel sympathy for Ben, seeing as he was dragged into this mess at such a young age, but other than that and her media persona, there's always a storm cloud over her parade.

"Don't worry father... The I have the monster right where I want it..." [Note! Willow is focused in on her target, taking great precaution with whatever it is she's got in her sights.]
"If you knew the truth about him... you would've done it too." [Note! She has clearly done something unspeakable and feels no remorse for her actions]
"That's ridiculous! Everyone knows that story is just a fake! It sounds like something my father would read to me at night when I was a little girl!" [Note! Willow is laughing, maybe she's heard something funny, maybe a story of a fantasy world thought to be just that... a story."
The American Dream is a relic of an older age of heroes, being resurrected by the government hero agency out of pure luck. He possesses the standard super soldier package all with the added bonus of mental instability. After spending decades as a slave to the US military, James came back with few more issues than the agency bargained for. He was brought back with the sole intention of being drafted onto the Omegas, standing as a testament to superheroes and modern day science and technology.
Even after spending decades as a brainwashed bloodthirsty secret agent/superhero, all James ever wanted to be was a human. A living breathing man with hopes and dreams. Given free will and choice by the agency, James is now in the best possible condition to do so.
While having a stern and gruff tone to his voice, you can tell James really cares about all life around him. His personal dilemma is not wanting to fall back into his roots of killing without mercy, and has trouble carrying out missions. Of course, he sometimes slips back into his old programming by "sheer accident" in order to finish the job.

"Aliens, eh? So those exist now too? What's next, a talking mouse?" [Note! James laughs after this line]
"How can I be a superhero if I can't even kill a single mindless alien? I was the All American Man, tough as a bull moose, skin as thick as iron... How has my life dwindled down to this...?"
"Jimmy's not home right now." [Note! This line is said whenever his brainwashing takes over, he's coldhearted and mindless.]
The Monster Hunter, descendant of the legendary cryptid hunter, Abraham Lincoln, stalks the nights for any supernatural prey he can get his hands on. His only issue is that while being a vampire hunter, he is also coincidentally half vampire due to an accident in his youth. Ever since his family was taken away from him by those bloodthirsty monsters, he has been on the hunt. Due to the nature of his work, Andrew was drafted into the Omegas with the sole purpose of utilizing and weaponizing his combat skills and exceptional abilities when it comes to fighting the supernatural.
When it comes to the inhuman, Andrew has not an ounce of mercy. While he often has a very dry and cold tone to his voice, he does actively try to be funny and use humor to ease the fact that he's one of the deadliest hunters on the planet.
All in all, he uses a lot of cold sarcasm and dry humor, while also being able to switch to a bloodthirsty hunter at the drop of a pen.

"Monsters took everything I've ever loved. I melted my curses and forged them into the greatest weapon imaginable. A heartless killer with no remorse."
"Whether you're a vampire, ghoul, or goblin... I will find you... just remember that. Nowhere is safe for your kind..."
"Oh so you want to play games? I'll emancipate you from your fucking life, how about that?" [Note! Andrew is trying to make a joke but his tone combats this.]
Madame Lupin, nicknamed the mistress of the moonlight by many unlucky gentlemen to meet her deathly gaze. Jessica was a mutant Romanian spy who has traits and abilities of a werewolf. She is a very sly and smooth-talking individual, using her charms and various assets to get what she wants, when she wants. Jessica hides a lot of her past, not wanting to acknowledge her faults and misdeeds from her time as an assassin. Jessica tries to use her full werewolf powers as little as possible, as she as deemed them very dangerous and potentially lethal. She was initially not intended to be on the Omegas roster, but was drafted after Monster Hunter recommended her to the agency.
Jessica is a very motherly character, and has a very soothing voice and calming tone. In times of crisis she struggles to contain her werewolf form and even fears it most of the time.
Overall, Jessica is essentially the mom of the team, taking care of her teammates when needed.

"Alice in Wonderland... that was my favourite movie when I was a little girl. My big brother and I would watch it every day at the orphanage..." [Note! Jess is reminiscing about her past, something she doesn't do often. Perhaps she would sound sad.]
"Oh, joyful... [Jess sighs] a blood moon. Andrew it looks like we'll be working double tonight."
"Careful, Benny, it's like Montreal out there." [Note! She gives a kind laugh when speaking to Slinky-Man, referencing an unknown event with a lighthearted tone]
Hercules is a man on a mission; a mission to prove himself innocent and worthy of his spot on Mount Olympus. He is a rather upbeat individual, putting up a happy and naive façade to cope with his heavy lingering guilt of accidentally murdering his mortal wife, Pandora. Hercules has made a vow to protect humans, nonpowered and powered, at all costs; he'll do whatever it takes to save humanity from harms way.
Hercules longs to right his wrongdoings, even if all of the other gods look down on him. His driving motivation to achieve his goals is to avenge his wife, bring down Hades, and prove his father wrong.
Overall, Hercules is a fun and jolly soul, able to have a good laugh but also able to tone it down to a serious level when lives are in danger. Even so, his happy persona never fades to show the humans that he's just like them and trustworthy.

"I am Hercules, Son of Zeus. I have been given a laborious task... you..." [Note! Hercules speaks with a purpose, perhaps this is confrontational. The last bit is intended to be very ominous, as he has been known to complete his labors in a quick and brutal fashion.]
"It's no use praying to the gods, little spaceman! There's only one god here right now. Me." [Note! This can be delivered as a lighthearted joke but it can also be interpreted as a serious line! Either is accepted! Or both!]
"I'm very sorry, Slinky-Man! This is going to hurt a lot!"
The Monster, a sorrowful and tired man cursed to live forever as punishment for his acts of blasphemy. Dr. Victor Frankenstein, convinced he could harness the powers of life and death to create the perfect man, overly miscalculated when he turned himself into the "perfect man". The gods smited him by giving him eternal life through a horrific and monstrous transformation into an undead monster. Victor has lived through a lot, and over the course of his lifetime he's realized there's nothing to care about but the world he's going to live in. The agency sought out to recruit Victor after he revealed his monstrous form, displaying extraordinary feats of skill and strength.
As a result of his immortality, Victor seems to have a very cold attitude about society and the world around him. They chose to misunderstand him and rip him to shreds when he was just a young man. Victor says what he wants when he wants, he knows it doesn't matter. This often causes him to be regarded as rude and dismissive. Truth be told; he's not being harsh or cruel, he's just being real.
All in all, Victor has no filter when it comes to speaking his mind and believes that none of his choices matter because he'll outlive the consequences.

"Young lady, when you've lived as long as I have and have accomplished just as much, which you won't, then maybe you'll begin to fathom why I am the way I am." [Note! Victor is likely scolding someone for questioning why he's such an ass all the time, he likely believes he's in the right and is able to back it up with facts and reason.]
"I don't need a suit. I'm a scientist, not a superhero." [Note! I think there should be a lot of emphasis on the word 'Not', Victor didn't choose to be a part of this program. He wants you to know that he isn't a hero by any means.]
"Let the idealists and philosophers debate whether I'm a man or monster. The fact is, I don't care and I'll likely outlive each and every one of them." [Note! Victor doesn't care one bit what people think about him! He's immortal and nothing they say will ever matter!]
One half of the mystical and magical Cheshire Twins, Maddison Heathers and her twin brother landed on Earth-374 by pure accident after escaping the apocalyptic Wonderland. Having nothing but a spell book and an arsenal of flashy circus tricks, the twins found themselves in a big heap of trouble when they attempted to fight a dragon in Ireland. After this incident, they were scoped out by the agency. Maddison harbors a dark secret from her brother that he's an imaginary duplicate given life by the magic of Wonderland. Now that they're on Earth, Maddison has to use her own magic to keep her dear brother afloat.
Maddison is overall a very happy-go-lucky kind of girl, she's always trying to think on the bright side and tends to use humor to ease tension. Her and her brother are an inseparable pair and being together only amplifies the happy energy. The twins are often regarded as crazy, as many of their stories from Wonderland seem insane and unreal.
Overall, Maddison is a very cheery girl with a bit of a clumsy and wild side.

"I know that sounds crazy, I know, but..." [Note! Maddison is trying to convince someone that their stories are true and that she really isn't as crazy as it sounds.]
"I'm serious! You're telling me there aren't giant mushroom trees or talking rabbits with stopwatches in this world??" [Note! Maddison is in shock at how different this world is and how normal it is. She's in disbelief and trying to justify her own experiences.]
"C'mon Matt, I've got just the spell for this occasion!" [Note! Maddison is chatting with her brother, perhaps in a joking manner.]
The other half of the mystical and magical Cheshire Twins, Matthew Heathers is just like his sister, however he's not exactly... real. After a series of traumatic experiences in Wonderland, Maddison's psyche mixed with the magic energy created Matthew, an imaginary friend given physical form. Matthew believes he's always been there however. Maddison tries to keep her brother as safe as possible in fear that her magic won't be strong enough to hold him together all the time.
Just like his sister, Matthew is just as cheery if not more because of his false perspective of the world. He's sorta absentminded in a way, he doesn't think on a lot of things and rushes into situations. This often leads to Maddison getting irritated with always having to save him.
In short, Matthew is a bit of an airhead with a happy attitude. He's that golden retriever friend that everyone has.

"Aw man! That was gonna be so cool! Sis why'd you stop me?!" [Note! While not exactly angry, he's sad he didn't get to pull off the move he wanted to.]
"Aliens? What's an alien...? Can I punch it?" [Note! Matthew is a bit confused on the current situation, though whatever it may be he wants to punch it.]
"Dinner and a show? That's my type of party!" [Note! Matthew is excited for a fight, even if it interrupts his meal.]
