Stargazer: An Animated Sci-fi Short Film
Project Overview
Stargazer is an original sci-fi short film based on an award winning short screenplay written by myself. The story follows Brian Dreyfuss, a man whom experience an alien abduction and follows the aftermath of his encounter. Very much inspired by the alien sci-fi films of Steven Spielberg, namely "Close Encounters of the Third Kind."
I was originally planning this to be done in live action but now I am looking to do this in animation and expand my work into the field of animation. With that, I'm looking to put together a team of people to help bring this story to life that I first wrote almost 6 years ago. I'm looking for animators, voice actors, editors, sound mixers/designers/engineers.
While the project itself is UNPAID, I am wanting to compensate everyone in some way. Namely in IMDb credits. Top that off, the short will be submitted to multiple film festivals to try its hand at major awards voting and will eventually be released on YouTube.

Brian! Oh my God, where the hell have you been!? I've been worried sick!
Still waiting for the little green men to pop up?
Animator
Looking for animators, 3D or 2D, primarily looking for 3D animators. Possibly ones who maybe work in Unreal Engine. As many as possible, looking to put together a team for this. I have no experience in animation myself with the exception of directing voice actors. Hoping to make this as high quality as possible and emulate the style of Steven Spielberg in terms of feel and cinematic look.
