Soporo: Wonderland In Ruin
Project Overview
The game is about a cat that falls into the wonderland with her human. Separated from her human, she goes out to find them, and winds up exploring the wonderland with a cheerful fairy. The wonderland is currently falling to Nightmares, bloody brutal creatures from another world. As the wonderland turns darker and darker, can you find your human before something bad happens to them?
General Expectations
- Being able to continue the role during the whole of development of the game as necessary. This is mostly for the main cast, but it may be necessary for certain side characters.
- Decent recording equipment. Nothing particularly fancy required.
- Due to horror elements in the game, you should expect to be asked to do various horror things, like acting scared, screaming, acting deranged, etc, unless the role is stated as not having horror elements.

Ao is a cat that is grumpy, rude, and quick to anger, but also secretly kind and dependable. Her voice acting should be a little abrasive without going too far into just being a jerk. Being the main character, she gets in a variety of situations, and thus her acting will need a wide range of expressions ranging from grumpiness, anger, happiness, crying, etc. Due to the horror nature of the game, she will also need horror type expressions like being scared, mental breakdowns, screaming in pain, being able to act out scenes of physical violence, etc.
[You were told by the fairy to dive under the lake.] (Annoyed) Are you crazy? I'm not going underwater. No way, no how.
[Middle of boss fight] (Frantic)There's blood everywhere! How am I supposed to keep dodging?
[Grabbed by a monster](Writhing in pain) Aaahhhh! It hurts! Get it off me! Ahhhh!

Emily Joann
Peperi is a fairy from the wonderland that travels with Ao. She is bright, cheerful, optimistic, but sometimes Ao gets on her nerves, so she gets a little snarky. Quick to cry and become upset during bad situations. She's a lead character, so you can expect to need a variety of expressions, such as being happy, scared, in pain, and crying. Given the horror elements you can also expect things like screaming, grief, being able to act out scenes of physical violence, etc.
(Happy) Friends are always in touch here in Soporo!
[Talking with Ao about Nightmares] (Scared) You just don't know what they're capable of! Don't let them latch onto you!
[Grabbed by a monster] (Painful screaming) Ahhh! Ao, it's got me! Save me!

Mr Sol

Kobe Van Bogaert
Mr Sol is a sun that floats about, chillin'. He's kind, cool, and doesn't let anything get under his skin. Early on, he is possessed by a Nightmare and attacks the player. As such, the voice actor should be able to play both Mr Sol and Nightmare Sol. Nightmare Sol does not have any lines, but you would be expected to do lines of screaming and laughing during the boss fight.
(Cheerful)Heya, girls! How are you doing?
[After getting beaten up] (Weary) I've had better days... Are you girls okay?
[Crazy deranged screaming and laughing. High pitched?]

Rey is a large gerbil in a poncho and a sombrero. He's kind, inquisitive, and is the game's shopkeeper. He speaks spanish at times, and thus the voice actor needs a good grasp of Spanish. He does not have any horror-related moment planned, as his shop is generally a safe place.
(Cheerful) Hey, chamacas! You finally made it! The name's Rey, the keeper of Jerbo Augurio.
(Grateful) Gracias por cuidarla!
(Worried) You okay, niñas?

Luke Avon
Ardklaw is a cat doll with a magic pair of headphones that increases his intelligence beyond normal measures. He is smart, polite, and enjoys music. He should sound like the stuffed doll he is (higher pitched?), yet at the same time sounding polite and elegant. He does not have any planned horror scenes, being a resident of the shop.
(Elegant) Greetings. My title is Ardklaw The 237th. Pleasure to meet you.
(Elegant) Please, sit down and have some tea. I would like to tell you a story.
(Elegant) I fear the state of this world isn't as you expect it to be. The truth is much more insane.
