Ardklaw is a cat doll with a magic pair of headphones that increases his intelligence beyond normal measures. He is smart, polite, and enjoys music. He should sound like the stuffed doll he is (higher pitched?), yet at the same time sounding polite and elegant. He does not have any planned horror scenes, being a resident of the shop.
(Elegant) Greetings. My title is Ardklaw The 237th. Pleasure to meet you.
(Elegant) Please, sit down and have some tea. I would like to tell you a story.
(Elegant) I fear the state of this world isn't as you expect it to be. The truth is much more insane.
Thanks a lot for auditioning! I'm looking for a cuter sort of voice for Ardklaw, so this one isn't one I'm looking at. Some tips though, you can use audacity to do basic edits so you don't have your failed takes in the audition! This doesn't bother me any, but it may reflect negatively on some people. Also, if actual noise reduction isn't possible, learning how to do it in Audacity is pretty good! The white noise (a fan?) was pretty prevalent throughout the recording. Thanks again for auditioning!
