Sonic IDW Chaotix Anniversary Comic Dub
Project Overview
This is a comic dub/animatic of the Chaotix 30th anniversary special. Now that I am monetized on youtube I feel more comfortable playing people. All characters are currently paid based on how many lines they have in the comic, with numbers rounded and weighted by how important they are. I already have a voice for Sonic.

Well, well, well! If it ain’t Sonic The Hedgehog, and Amy Rose!
(Detective Voice) Rain. (pause) It always made the city look honest. Washed the filth off the streets… the lies off people’s faces. If ya squinted, almost made ya believe it was clean. (pause) But I knew better.
(Detective Voice) He was skeptical, and, to be honest, I can’t say I blamed him. A little kid. Some ninja-lookin’ guy. And me, a would-be gumshoe who was still green… uh, so to speak.
They are a calm and quite ninja. Very disciplined in their craft, they are the Chaotix's stealth expert.

[Talking about Enigma] An elusive master thief. Some have called them the “Ghost of the Black Sands”. They’ve never been caught.
(Narration Voice) The Mythsonian slept, nestled beneath a blanket of darkness. Its glass cases shimmered like koi ponds, in the pale moonlight.
(Narration Voice) I scanned the room. I saw nothing. But to a true ninja, sight is a distraction. (throwing a shuriken) Heyuh! There.
The Chaotix Detective Agency's resident child. Try not to be too annoying with their voice, they narrate an entire section.

(popping out of the vase) Woo! Yay! Ya found me!
(doing a bad Espio impression) You are the one who dares! I know a lot about this shiny thingy, because I travel a lot and I study ninja things. It is from Casserole City.
And then he said a buncha bad words that Vector says I can’t repeat!
You know who she is. In this she is acting as a tour guide to spend time with Sonic.

And if you look to our right, you’ll see the salvaged remains of a totem pole from West Side Island. Some scholars speculate that these were carved by a great ancient civilization that mysteriously disappeared long ago…
(audible disappointment)
(loud disgruntled groan) Let me guess… Now you wanna tell us about your big anniversary case too?
The headmaster of the Mythsonian museum. Described as "a bitter, condescending ol’ fossil." They serve as the secondary antagonist. Their character serves as a parody of the British Museum.

(over the speaker system) And lastly, as a reminder to our undergraduates, the marble sculptures in the east wing are not coatracks… Nor are they selfie opportunities. This is a place of learning and refinement. Not a nightclub.
That’s precisely why you’ve been summoned. To find out. I entrusted my assistant, Megani here, with hiring detectives that were up to the task.
(panicking, being chased out of the building) N-Now, Now, everyone! No need to resort to violence! Just remain calm! There’s a perfectly logical explanation for all this, I swear!
The “Ghost of the Black Sands,” a quiet and deadly thief, they serve as the primary antagonist of the comic. They use the fake name Megani while working at the Museum, pretending to be a nervous wreck.
Though not necessary, bonus points if you can speak Egyptian Arabic.
That being said, having a menacingly or mysterious voice for when she's using the mask is more important than an Egyptian accent.

Megani: Oh, y-yeah. I’m fine! It’s just… when I hired you guys, I thought you’d be helping Mr. Valdus, not getting him arrested! Hehe.
Enigma: I thought they’d be patsies- Bumbling morons that would trip all over themselves while I made off with the lotus. (pause) But I underestimated them.
