Project Overview
Death Consumes All is a DLC-sized, previously released mod about an undead plague in Skyrim and a painful journey to save the kingdom. It is getting a revamp which overhauls some of the quests and introduces new content.
"This 10-hour experience offers a fully voiced, narrative-focused questline similar to The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone. The plague has risen, and it is up to you to stop it or succumb to the death that takes all. Nearly infinite roleplaying possibilities for each playthrough, a romanceable follower with 5000 lines whose beliefs you can impact.
A mysterious plague is spreading in Skyrim, seeking to consume all that breathe. If it is not stopped in time, all of Tamriel will die. Livia Salvian, the proud and righteous Imperial noble knight, is determined to vanquish the evil that started the plague, not only to save the people of Skyrim, but also to redeem her house's honor."

Baloenar is a cynical High Elf scholar. He's very quick-minded and thinks the ends justify the means. But he still has a sense of honor.
He invented a cure to the plague, which was misused by the Thalmor, so he left the Thalmor and lived as a fugitive.

An ancient Aldmer ghost imprisoned in an artifact. She pretends to be the player's ally, appealing to their chivalry or lust so that they could rescue her. In truth, she was an honor guard of an ancient tyrannic queen before she met her end in the artifact.
