Spartan 109, better known as Oliver, will test an experimental armor enhancement the UNSC has recently developed. Oliver must use the armor enhancement to his advantage to prove its effectiveness on the battlefield.

Brendan Stel is the leader of the UNSC army on Draco V. Stel is a strong and stern leader who leads his troops by example, inspiring them to continue fighting until their very last breath. Stel is not the kind of man who likes to show emotions toward anyone; he rarely shows his feelings, even those closest to him. Stel has always been rough on his soldiers and expects their best performance. He does not tolerate failure or any foolish antics. Especially the Spartans under his command. He has trained the members of Sentinel Squad for the past several years with the help of ODST captain Daniel Drake to make them an effective special operations unit. Brendan pushes them to their limits, making them think he only sees them as military hardware. Stel may not show it, but he secretly cares about the Spartans under his command, wanting them to succeed in what he wants them to be. He believes they may be humanity's best chance to win the war.
Stel has had a turbulent history. When Brendan was younger, he was friends with the treacherous leader George Bishop training together since they were young adults, but now holds a deep hatred towards him and the Insurrectionist cause for killing his wife and child. Turning him into the cold and distant person, he is today. Stel doesn't talk about his past and tries to move forward to ensure no one else suffers the same horrors he had to endure. In rare times, he can show he can be compassionate towards others and attempts to steer others in the right direction than following a dark path similar to George Bishop. The only person who has seen him vulnerable these days is his A.I. assistant Naomi. He seems to trust her the most out of anyone in the UNSC due to her knowledge and reliability. Brendan is not to be messed with, for he has shown to be an effective warrior on the battlefield. Always heading in the heat of battle first than sitting in the back like some of his colleagues. Brendan would rather fight doesn't do it with guns blazing, for he believes the mind is his best weapon coming up with strategic plans to win a fight. Due to his importance to Draco V, he knows he must remain in Centurion Base.

The ODST sergeant is a rough man to deal with, for he has shown to be reckless and hateful. Especially towards the Spartans, for like most ODSTs, he feels like the Spartans are their replacements and are no longer the top dogs of the UNSC forces. So he tries to beat the Spartans at their own game in any way he can. His jealousy may come to him doing something he may regret.
The voice I imagine for the sergeant is griff with a bit of anger in his voice every time he speaks.
