Project Overview

Hello! My name is Niddy Griddy! Thanks for stopping by! This project is an animated pilot called Shattered Dreams!

When the entire human race is trapped in an eternal slumber, stuck inside of their own dreams, it's up to Joey and the former dream goddess, Morpheus to travel through the dreams of Joey's friends to set them free. The culprit of this incident is Hypnos, the god of sleep and Morpheus's older brother; it's a plan to purge all humans from the planet. If Joey and Morpheus don't work fast enough and stop Hypnos, everyone on the planet will die in their sleep.

In this pilot episode, Joey and Morpheus go into Allison's dream world. It's an otherworldly medieval setting where she's the princess. In order to break her free and escape the dream, they have to find the dream's anchor, an object that's represented by something near and dear to her heart, and destroy it.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High quality audio. No pops, huffs, background noise, or echo.

  • 18+

  • Must be comfortable with swearing and screaming.

  • Must be available for live directed recording sessions.

The pay rate for this project is $0.15 per word with a $50 minimum.

    Alright! Auditions for Shattered Dreams have now been closed! Thank you so much once again, to everyone who auditioned! It's time to choose and it won't be easy. I just want you all to know that you did amazingly; sadly I can only pick one of you for each role.

    If you're not picked for one of these roles, please don't fret. There are a few extras that'll need voices too. I have my eyes on you if you're interested in that as well. I'll take some time to go through my favorite auditions again and then make my decision. I ask you to please be patient with me while I do!

    Only 2 days we've already reached 100 auditions! I'm so happy to see so many people interested in this project! For anyone who have yet to audition, don't get discouraged. Joey is one of the two main characters. He's a nice and considerate guy who tries to be the best version of himself at all times. He puts his trust in the people around him and goes out of his way to try and help them if he can.


For this voice, he has a weak southern accent. His range would be around medium-low with a pretty chill vibe to it.

Morpheus is one of the two main characters. She's the goddess of dreams and the younger sister of Hypnos. After her powers are taken away by her brother, she encounters Joey in his dream and has him help her try to get back at Hypnos. She has a bad attitude, hates humans, and has low tolerance for nonsense.


Her voice would be around the medium-low range. A tad bit stoic.
