I am a voice actor who found my creative home behind the mic, returning to the arts — after “playing it safe” in insurance for nearly a decade. Though voice over is a newer chapter, my roots in acting and performance run deep with a background in stand up comedy, improv, live-theater, and film. The industry may have evolved since my early days, but my passion for storytelling and the craft of acting has only grown stronger. I have an authentic voice, am a trained performer, and an all-around creative ready to bring each story to life; by adding a special touch that helps every project shine. 🍒
Here I practiced the art of dubbing, developed advanced performance skills, had in depth effort review & study, honed in on the skill of character matching and development. It was a whirlwind of a course. I learned so much and was often highly praised by Paulette for sounding adorable and having "the perfect anime character voice."
Back to Basics Commercials and Promos
A full on behind the mic experience with 2 VO casting professionals where we spent 1/2 the day with each coach at Voice Trax in Studio City. Here we used current casting scripts and techniques with Mary Lynn; then dug deep into the strategy behind promo work built the confidence to drive an audience to engagement with Jeff Howell! Outstanding class. I received a lot of positive feedback in the commercial class and continue to work with both directors to further strengthen my performance muscles.
My rates generally fall on the mid-low end of industry standards (per the Voice Over Resource Guide). That said, I’m flexible — my priority is collaborating on great projects and continuing to build meaningful credits, connections and experience.
I am after roles that let me stretch my range, build my credits, and have a blast doing it — especially in anime, animation, and storytelling. I love to pull people in and make them care about the subject matter. I live for a project with personality, and love to bring my own personality in for the ultimate collaboration.
