Ditamus is an island country in which every region of it is a different biome or habitat. The protagonist children sneak out of their summer camp on Ditamus and go on their own adventure to find Abditus Adamas, a supposed legendary gem found only there. To do that, the girl, Clarembra, uses her clairvoyant powers to communicate with all the wild animals, who give her and her two friends clues about the gem's whereabouts.
That is the premise of Season One: The Secret Of Ditamus. This project is focused on its pilot episode. However, the whole series is called "Terra Ludos" and is my original coming-of-age fantasy animated series. It chronicles the lives of three children: Clarembra the clairvoyant girl, and her two friends, the adoptive brothers handyman Opacesus and quiet intellectual Partumace. The setting is a fictionalized Earth that mixes several real-life historical eras together and where the seven continents don't exist, Latin is the only language, and dogs and cats are anthropomorphic.

I need to make a crowd of kids sound effect, so those who don’t get casted as the paid roles I may ask to participate in it.
As is protocol with my college’s policy, if you are casted (paid role or unpaid crowd extra), you will have to fill out a talent release form. That means signing your signature with your REAL name. If I choose you for the cast…to be sure you’re comfortable with what is written/required on the form, I’ll send it first for your approval before officially casting you and sending you the lines. However, of course, for on-screen and online public credits, you can choose any name you want to be credited as!
My payment to you must be sent through PayPal. All lines, all retakes, and the talent release form must all be completed and sent to me before I pay you!!
If you’re casted, your deadline for sending all your lines will depend on the size of your script. If retakes are necessary after, another deadline will be given for them. Both deadlines must be met on time or you will NOT be paid, and I’ll likely move on to an understudy!
Audition for as many roles as you want, but I will need to hear at least two takes for each line. I might ask you to audition for a different role as well.
If you’re casted, I’ll need at least three takes for each line.
If you’re auditioning for the camp counselors and/or park rangers, there are three separate roles for each of those two entries on this casting call list, but please audition all of them!
This is for a huge college project due near the end of November. It’s a series I plan to make in the future, but for now, this is just a pre-production storyboarded beta-viewing of the pilot draft that I have to finish to get my Bachelor’s degree. THEREFORE, I’m likely going to recast at least some roles when the time comes to make this an actual series (regarding kid character ages especially).
