Sanguine Secrets Demo Chapter: Flashback Cast
Project Overview
Sanguine Secrets is an upcoming novel and audiobook about sapphic vampire heiress; Lucille Morinaru. The story follows Lucille's ongoing feud with her family following an unfortunate fatal battle between her and her father.
This round of casting is for child versions of our primary cast. All given characters being casted are around 13-16 years old at the time of the flashback, so make sure to really hone in on the pre-teen drama (lol!). The flashback primarily follows the leading events up to a vampire power ceremony, so there's a heavy emphasis on all of that.
Side note; Everyone will be paid according to agreed upon individual rates, we just need to wait until everyone's casted until we agree upon said rates.
BASIC RULES & REGULATION TO BE FOLLOWED
- We ask for voice actors at or over the age of 15, please (15+).
- Please read all given audition lines in AABB format! We'd like to hear a range of takes on the given material, do not be afraid to put your own spin on it!
- While super high-quality mics are not required, we ask you do not have any background noise or static present in your audition. Light editing is allowed, just don't go super heavy on the reverb.
- Slating is not required.
- Main communication will be through discord, so we ask that you leave your username, though if you do not have or desrire an account we can also speak through other means.
- Please use the provided links to the VAs for the older characters as reference for the characters' childhood voices. Also note that asterisks are there to signify emphasis within the audition lines.

Lucille Morinaru, in the past, is just as cocky as she is in the present. Though bit stubborn and very opposed to anything frilly, Lucille's quite excited for the whole vampiric ceremony thing.

Lil' pre-teen Olivia is here to do what she does best; comfort her best friend Lucille! Though not technically a big part of the whole power ceremony due to her non-relation to the Morinarus, she's here to provide a nice shoulder to cry [or scream] on and a nice warm smile.

“Hey, uh…are you alright? You seemed a little shaken up after the ceremony.”
Child Viktor is a bit of a pompous asshole but he's like 12 so it's okay! While not a huge fan of big ceremonies or being the center of attention, any opportunity to look better than others or silently judge the people of Morinaris is a good time to him.

Violet's here to judge people alongside her brother Viktor, making sure the rest of her family is nice and spiffy alongside them. She, behind Lucille, is arguably the most excited for the power ceremony. Vi's quite the hopeful little thing.

Taking the opportunity of a big ceremony to dress up beyond anything else, Lilith's here to feel and look better than all those attending [including her siblings]. Though despite her egocentrism she's more than happy to assist her siblings around her, helping Olivia calm down Lucille's nerves.
