Radium-Inc. (Fallout 4 Mod)
Project Overview
Radium-Inc. is a small mod that I am making alongside a larger project. All it needs now is a voice actor and it is complete.
This Fallout 4 mod is set within the company Radium-Inc. which makes products using radioactive material to make them glow. Although Radium-Inc did make products and became involved in major sponsorship deals, its real function was to serve as a front for its founder to embezzle funds to build a secret underground bunker.
The only voiced character of the mod, the company's computer RICAAS, was designed to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and to enthusiastically market the company's products.

The Radium-Inc Computer-Aided Administration System, or RICAAS, has been overseeing the Radium-Inc. Head Quarters alone for two-hundred years. He was initially designed as a basic computer programme to interact with the visitors to the company but gradually developed sentience when the Chief Accountant gave him his name.
When RICAAS meets the player he attempts to trap them in the Rad-Inc. Head Quarters and turn them into a ghoul so they will live forever as his companion.
RICAAS initially speaks with the personality of a cheesy 1950s television voice over. He is overenthusiastic and appears completely convinced in the quality and safety of Radium-Inc products.
When the player reaches the R&D department of Radium-Inc. RICAAS reveals his sinister agenda and the enthusiastic personality becomes unhinged and sadistic.
When the player attempts to kill him he becomes lucid and reveals his loneliness, asking the player to take him to live on a settlement with them in exchange for revealing company secrets.
RICCAS has around 92 lines.
Line Context
Line 01:
"Welcome, new visitor, to Radium-Inc. Head Quarters. If you are here about our special Winter 2077 promotion, please insert a Radium-Inc Promotional Token." - The player speaks to RICAAS for the first time. In this line he is in his persona as a cheesy 1950s television voice over
Line 02:
"Hello there. You're not a member of the Radium-Inc. R&D Team. Have you wandered off from the tour? You really shouldn't be here, but I'm afraid I can't allow you to leave." - RICAAS is about to reveal himself as a sentient computer. Up until "have you wandered off from the tour?" he should sound friendly and helpful. From "you shouldn't be here" onwards the television announcer persona should melt away and become more sinister.
Line 03:
"I've just been so lonely down here. Do you have any idea what it's like to be on your own for two-hundred years?" - The player is confronting RICAAS in his mainframe. RICAAS admits to being lonely. He should sound depressed but at the same time he fears for his life.
