Protectors of Avalon
Project Overview
Avalon is a world full of different types of people, creatures, and a special spin on magic. Every kingdom in it is unique but that comes with it's own set of challenges. Melanie, our protagonist, has lived a calm life in the Kingdom of Salem. But one day, she finds herself in the middle of a tyrant's takeover and discovers a new pressure on her shoulders. Melanie must travel to every kingdom in Avalon to gather a group of Protectors. She will experience that life isn't as calm as it was in Salem and meet unexpected dangers along the way. Will she be able to fend off this merciless Tyrant? Or will she fall victim to the pressures of everyone's expectations? Find out in the story of "Protectors of Avalon"! Li Jie is a meek young boy. He works as a lowly servant for the Queen of Vibet. Li Jie is 14 years old, he's lived in Vibet his whole life. He is a side character. His main goals are to impress Zaya, who he sees as an older sister, with something that he gets from the market. He's a very impressionable child, and takes Miss Chyun's abuse without fighting back.

Storm is a very mysterious and elusive man with a dark history. His presence created the fabric of what Avalon stands for and the creation of the Protectors. But Storm has not been seen for many years... Avalonians are unsure if he is even alive. if he were, he'd be around 40-50 years old. We are uncertain of his origins. Storm was known to have been one of the greatest adventurers of all time and was not afraid to show others his passion for exploration. While little is known of his current whereabouts, his legacy lives on through his daughter, Melanie.
I want his voice to be medium in pitch.
He will have a "younger" version and an "Older", more mature version. So being able to do a higher-pitched and lower-pitched version of him would be ideal.

Jaw-Long is a highly skilled and stubborn guy. He is a master swordsman and one of the members of the original protectors. But Jaw-long can be as stubborn as a horse, especially during missions. He is constantly butting heads with Storm, as he thinks he is more mature because of his age. But he's also a big softy when it comes to Casper. He's about 42 years old and was born in Vibet. His goals are to be the greatest swordsman to have ever lived and teach those who wronged him a cruel lesson.
I want his voice to be low in pitch.
He will have a "younger" version and an "Older", more mature version. So being able to do a higher-pitched and lower-pitched version of him would be ideal.

The only way to explain Elam is that he is a giant teddy bear. Everyone is usually scared or intimated by his size when first meeting him, but he would never hurt anyone without reason. He is the brute force in the original Protectors. Though he was raised as a pacifist, he has learned that the only way to protect those he loves, he has to use his strength in battle. He was born in Cocado and is in his early to mid 20s. His one true goal is to return to his family and children back home and live out his life with his wife.

Osani has two sides to her, a shy unassuming side, and a bloodthirsty one. She is a true talent when it comes to guerrilla warfare and surprising the enemy. But she can also be very understanding and compassionate to those in need. She is from Phelsapan and is 29 years old. Her goals are to find true love and to settle down once the war is over. Sometimes this goal can make her seem desperate and can her get into less-than-ideal relationships.

I'm looking for a sleek, cartoony/anime style that would be used for animation purposes. Preferably something simple to make it easier to be consistent for animators.
You will be paid for your work. My budget is $400, but I am willing to negotiate.

Melanie is a kind-hearted and passionate girl who is a natural-born leader. Unfortunately, she second-guesses herself a lot, which can sometimes cause problems. Melanie is 17 years old, so almost an adult. She was born and raised in Salem and is our story's protagonist. She's extremely adventurous and has a lifelong goal to get into the adventurer's program, even during the war. Her main goals are to help her friends with whatever problems they may have, to help fight against the tyrant and his war, and to catch a finch.
I want her voice to be medium-high in pitch.

Zaya is a loyal and adventurous friend who will drop anything to see something new and exciting. In her hometown of Vibet, she thinks everything is really boring. Since she was born, she has never stepped foot outside her castle. Zaya is 19 and is one of our oldest female mains. Her main goals in life are to go on an adventure all around the world and see everything she's ever missed.

Kiowa is a short-spoken and intuitive girl. She is very quiet but friendly to those who she does talk to. As the series goes on, she opens up more and becomes a very talkative person. Kiowa is 19 years old and was born in Uzelus. She is also one of the main characters. Her main goals are to learn about everything rather than just nature and to be accepted by her people. They've deemed her an outcast since she broke the law and read books.

June is a quiet and sensitive soul. She really likes to be around her boss, Casey. She is 23 years old and was born in Suzshu. June is a side character. Her main goals are to be the best secretary to Casey and to keep his dreams alive. I would say she has a crush on him, she just respects him fully and completely.
NOTE: I want her to have a posh British accent that's gentle and almost isn't obvious that she is British. But if that's not possible, American is fine.

Abigail is a selfless and kind girl, who has a very welcoming aura when you meet her. She is also a motherly figure towards her king, Ray. Abigail is 19 and one of the younger supporting characters. She was born and raised in Tozar and works as a maid for the royal family. Her main goals are to be a good influence on Ray and to fulfill her duties as the head maid.

Sho Li is an overprotective but loving mother toward her daughter, Zaya. Unfortunately, she is kinda blind to human emotion, which plays a big part in her keeping Zaya unhappy without her knowledge. Sho Li is 48 and is a supporting character. She is the ruler of Vibet and has lived there her whole life. Sho Li's biggest goal in life is to make her daughter happy while keeping her safe at the same time. She even goes as far as the hire assassins to try and kill the main cast to test their ideals, which they pass.

He is a supporting character. His main goals are to follow his love for fashion to the very end. Since men get discriminated in the fashion industry, he wants to prove that he can do the same thing as any female fashion designer ever could.

Jayden is a fierce and loyal soldier who is quite laid back. He is also really headstrong, which causes him to bump heads with his friends and fellow soldiers. Jayden is 18 years old and was raised in Tozar. He's also a main character. With a strong will, he finds faith in anything he sees. His main goals are to live his life to the fullest, which to him means having fun and not passing up once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. He honestly doesn't take his job as a Tozar General very seriously, but he's still determined to protect Tozar. Alongside him as a fellow Tozar General is his best friend (and possible love interest) Aidan.

Cody is a real comedic guy who always has a smile on his face. He acts silly and childish, which can sometimes get him and his friends into trouble. He also is terrible at using a bow. Cody is 18 years old, he was born and raised in Phelsapan. He's one of our main characters. Cody's main goal is to show Zhou (or Z) that he is useful, even though he can't use a bow very well.

Waverly is respectful and helpful. Though, they can be somewhat stone-hearted, which makes people misunderstand them quite a bit. Waverly is 18 years old and originated from Rowen. Dakota and Waverly are cousins, even though they act like they don't get along. Waverly is non-binary, and goes by they/them. They also are a supporting character. Their main goals are to defeat Shay so they can reunite with Dakota and also but a respected assassin, just like Dakota.

Dako is a wise individual. They are the leader of Uzelus and will always tell the truth, even if it doesn't benefit them. Dako is non-binary and they go by they/them. Dako is 38 years old and is a supporting character. They were born in Uzelus, where they engage in a pact of silence to seek greater knowledge. Their main goals are to seek greater knowledge of nature and to ensure that their followers will do the same thing. If they don't they are marked as an outcast. They speak in a slight broken English, to reflect Uzelus's traditions.

She is 42 and was raised in Tozar, but now lives in Salem with Melanie. She is a bit of a worry wort when it comes to Melanie's safety, but ultimately she is her #1 supporter. She also knows more about Melanie's father than she is letting on...

Carrie is a very laid-back and fair knight. Being one of the original members in the Protectors, he is open-minded and honest about himself and his boundaries. Everyone in his home kingdom of Salem knows and adores him, so it was hard to part ways when he was recruited. Carrie is in his early to mid-20s. He's totally into tattoes and pierces, as his face and body are adorned with them. He doesn't have any strong goals, but with his fighting skills, he is hoping to not just protect Salem, but all of Avalon along-side his friends.

Julius is from Rowen and one of the original Protectors. He is 15-16 years old. His goals? Well..it used to be taking over the world, but he puts that energy into protecting Avalon instead.

Zefra is a dexterous and punky person. They are non-binary but go by 'she/them' pronouns, and is more feminine presenting. They have extreme survival skills and are naturally flexible. After she was shunned from Uzelus she joined the traveling circus as an acrobat. She is 20 years old and a member of the original Protectors. Their goals are to prove her family in Uzelus wrong, and to maybe one day, after retirement, rejoin the circus she loves.
I want their voice to be medium pitch and gruff/gravelly in tone.
