Hello again everyone! I'm reopening this call over here! We've been working on an eight-part MMD miniseries for Youtube called "Firsts". And now that we're near halfway into it and we've got the base cast all sorted out, we're looking to hopefully fill in the rest of the cast and a couple of new supporting and extras roles. For those new to this project, I've posted links to all the previous works in this miniseries here as well as the synopsis at the bottom. I encourage all who haven't seen the series yet to take a look before auditioning. For some extra context and well because it's pretty cool ^-^
"FIRSTS"
Rules:
1. You must have an email, a discord would be even better (As a way to contact you. )
2. Have a decent mic ( I'm not that picky but a good mic is definitely bonus points)
3. Please be committed to the entire role. And meet deadlines. (the ushe)
SYNOPSIS:
"Taking place six years before the "Vocaloids" a popular group of singers first took the world by storm. Teto Kasane starts over, beginning a new life after something terrible changed it forever. After meeting new friends with a shared passion for music, she creates a small band that garners a following at her school and around her community. Until one day her band grabs the attention of Famous Musical Artists Luka Megurine and Kiyoteru Hiyama, who purpose to them a spot in a new international music contest named Project: Diva."
The all-business singer of the band. Thinks of herself as leader of their band vocamerica despite Dex having that title. Thus comes across as arrogant, cocky and over-confident just to prove a point. Doesn't play well with Dex as they're always at each other with who should lead the band. (Note: Daina does have a short singing role in this series)
Let's face it, you guys aren't winning this. Not while I'm here. Go home and save yourselves the humiliation.
We've fought way too hard for this. I'm not about to let us lose to a lucky buncha jonny-come-late-lies.

Dex is the bass player of the band. He also created the band and is regarded as the leader. He's constantly up in arms with Daina the lead singer who believes she deserves the title. Thus he conducts himself as a responsible, focused leader most of the time as a way of proving himself to Daina and Ruby.
Surely you're not gonna let these newcomers be a a problem for you right?
Listen, we aren't cheaters Daina. We do this my way, By the book, Fair and square. The same way we always have.
This isn't about them. It's about us doing our very best up there. That's it.
Ruby is like the awkward child of the relationship between Dex and Daina. Tired of the drama, doesn't pick sides and just wants them to stop fighting. She's reserved, doesn't show much emotion when speaking and acts generally uninterested in anything.
Will you two stop fighting. For god sake, you guys are like two broken records at this point.
What happened to you. You're letting this whole damn thing is destroying you.

meant to serves as a professional psychiatrist for one of the main characters. Has a simple but pivotal role in terms of important story details. Seen as a mild-mannered individual, with a very casual but professional attitude. (Can be both male or female)

wanted to do something a little different with this one. (A test run of sorts) We're looking for a couple of extras for the next ep. With this, I wanted it to be less of an audition and more of casting. A lot of talented voice actors wanted to help out last time so the idea was to give as many people as possible an opportunity to help out regardless of age, gender, mic or skill. And there's a chance many can make it in! These extras serve as part of a riot of fans that ambush Luka Megurine in a scene. Anyway wanted to try this out at some point to see if it could work. Give it a shot if you're interested.

Teto is laid back and casual. Somewhat withdrawn, but carries a resilient presence and attitude. Enjoys time with friends and family but stays away from anyone else. She Isn't one to step too far outside her comfort zone, but is enthusiastic about what she enjoys.

Miku Hatsune: age 10
Miku is Teto's young step sister. The two of them have been together since they were young. Miku has a darker personal story going on during Firsts that explores her current situation in life. Miku is shy, soft spoken and quiet. She's a troubled young girl, depressed and mentally traumatized. (She should sound more like a child) (There are further details about her character but those will be revealed with the person cast)

Haku Yowane: age 20
Haku Yowane is Teto and Miku's guardian. She looks out for them like an eldest sister. She can be pampering and over protective of Teto and Miku, always putting them first before even herself. She is enthusiastic, ambitious, kind, sweet and selfless. She is slightly older then Teto and although she is considered a young adult, she still can come across a bit childish at times.

Please don't worry about me. Live your life. I never wanted my problems get in the way of your happiness.

Kiyoteru Hiyama is a famous Artist/Singer. He works with Luka Megurine in promoting a new company called Crypton Future Media. He's very down to earth and has a more professional kind of attitude.

Lily is Teto's long time friend. She works a restaurant job that she really hates. She's always wanted to be a singer instead. Lily is an extroverted, flamboyant, hardcore type character and isn't afraid to speak her mind.
