Nicoronpa [Fan Game]
Project Overview
Nicoronpa is a non-profit fan made game based on Nicob and Danganronpa. Currently in development by the Nicoronpa Crew, this chapter-based series will be following the main structure of Danganronpa, but features it's own unique assets and story.

STORY SUMMARY
Sixteen talented high-schoolers suddenly find themselves captured aboard the mysterious S.S. LP by the maniacal Monoguin and forced into a death game with a simple rule: murder one of your classmates to escape without getting caught.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This is a volunteer project.
The entire team consists of volunteers, so we regret to inform you that no payment will be involved in this.
Please make sure you have good audio.
We need for the VAs to be able to give us clear audio, with very little to no noise in the background. VA’s will need to also have the ability to edit their lines together, and then send it to us. Your own microphone and audio editing software are required. We will not be accepting phone recordings.
Accents will not be crucial.
A couple characters may have an accent listed on their sheet. However, you do not need to follow that guideline strictly, and we encourage everybody to audition for any character they are interested in. If you otherwise do a great job and we think you would fit the character, the accent won’t be a swaying factor.

Personality
Aika usually wants to be left alone, coming off as cold and socially awkward because of it. She often turns to insults to get people to leave her alone if she doesn't want to deal with them.
Voice
She sounds a little soft, even quiet, when she's not showing disinterest. She lowers it to convey other emotions, commonly annoyance or discomfort, making her sound grouchy.
Medium low range.
“Fruitface here thought it would be a great idea to add alcohol to our drinks…” (agitated)
“A horror movie night of all things? Aren’t you supposed to be smart?” (accusing/mocking)
"Ugh… Ugh, this is nasty… I’m taking a break.” (disgusted)
Personality
Carol often switches between being smart and assertive to sweet and laid-back. She can be very excitable about things such as video games, but when it comes to topics such as school or teaching, she is very calm and patient.
Voice
She has a kind tone to her voice to match her personality. Medium range, though the pitch of her voice gets a little higher when she is excited.
“Oh my god, you’re the Nico Bizzle?! AAAH, I’m such a fan! I watch all of your videos!” (energetic)
"I agree. Sleeping sounds really good right about now.” (exhausted)
“After seeing that blood pool, I fear that we may not find them in… the greatest of conditions.” (scared)
Personality
Chiniro is quite reserved, sometimes to the point where she will not even talk to others. She is very shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she will become quite chatty. Although she feels embarrassed once she notices this herself.
Voice
Her voice is steady and calm, but with a kind undertone to it. Medium high range.
“No, that’s impossible. Everyone is always thinking about something, whatever that may be.” (confused)
“Oh, no, sorry. I was just glad that this commotion has stopped.” (relieved/happy)
“Ah. His eyeballs popped out.” (bored)
Personality
Citrus is a very flamboyant, expressive young man. He can be a little over dramatic at times and is no stranger to theatrics, but does so without coming off as annoying (to most people).
Voice
Just like the rest of his personality, his voice is expressive. He is often flirtatious, overdramatic, and his voice can be a little over the top to match that. Medium low range.
"Ah...H-How troubling... It appears as if I can’t stop myself from sh-shaking. It must be the air.” (scared)
“-sniff- Oh, what have I done to deserve this treatment?” (overdramatic/sad)
“Cooking is quite an experience! And doing it together could strengthen our bonds!” (confident)
Personality
Elisa is a very upbeat girl who loves to see the bright side of any situation. She loves supporting her friends and being a great hype man in general. Despite having a positive outlook on life, she’s very emotional and cries when she feels overwhelmed.
Voice
Loud and bright when around a group of people or getting to know a new person. Soft and understanding when it’s a private conversation. Medium high/high range
“Who knows, maybe we can work some magic on our own!” (happy)
“Fifteen friends together on a cruise solving a mystery! It’s like a gigantic escape room!” (excited)
“St-still. It shouldn’t take away from the- aaah!” (scared)
Personality
An extremely intelligent young woman, Emile may come off as arrogant to some. She doesn’t hesitate to tell things as they are, even if someone else’s feelings are hurt in the process. Despite all this, she only has the best intentions, if in her own way.
Voice
Often annoyed and impatient, which her tone conveys. Her tone is stern and quite condescending, with a bit of a raspy undertone. Medium low/low range.
“Then you’re gonna tell me your hopeless sob story about your useless talent that didn’t get you in the honest way?” (mocking/sarcastic)
“I fall within my foot up the ass of the next person who takes advantage of my damn information.” (agitated)
“Please try to refrain from fucking anything up.” (condescending)
Personality
Eve is a calm person and usually doesn’t talk much, but is never afraid to speak her mind when asked. She is a good listener and provides comfort to those who confide in her, but she won’t sugarcoat her words and stays realistic throughout.
Voice
Her tone is rather calm, almost monotone compared to most others. Not completely void of emotion, but not quite as expressive. It has a bit of a rough undertone to it. Medium low/low range.
“Honestly, if there’s a possibility that I wouldn’t get my ass slaughtered, then I’d take it.” (neutral)
“Heh. Honestly, I was hoping to avoid the joke.” (amused)
“Cut this shit out and get to the point. Why are you here?” (agitated)
Personality
Fabrilis is an energetic young boy who only has birds on his mind! He can’t sit still and quickly gets bored, unless the topic at hand involves his favourite feathery friends! In which case he can talk about them for hours and never get tired of it.
Voice
Matching his personality, he often speaks rather fast and is very expressive with whatever emotion he is feeling, though not to an overdramatic extent. His voice can range from a younger kid to a preteen boy, medium high/high range.
“Hey, I’m not a child anymore, I can decide when I’m going to bed myself!” (pouting)
“This could be my chance to beat sis at something! This will be amazing!” (excited)
“S-So… it’s somebody who isn’t here?” (scared)
Personality
Kanina is a bubbly, high-energy girl that spaces out a lot due to her hyperactive mind. She can be quite talkative and has no sense of personal space. She tends to spout out random facts of knowledge as a way of wanting attention, and takes pride in how smart she is.
Voice
Very peppy like that of a young child, with a little bit of sass to it due to her belief that she is smart and all-knowing. High range.
“Aww man… I was really hoping to team up with you, cutie!” (disappointed)
“Uhuhuhu, but… I believe you underestimate me.” (serious/creepy)
“Why? Is it because somebody actually spoke out about what’s happening?” (curious)
Personality
Pup is a very shy boy, who is quick to be scared and jump to the worst case scenarios. He has a good heart, but doesn’t really believe in himself, needing the support of others to keep going.
Voice
Pup stutters a lot out of habit. He doesn’t like to be loud and draw attention to himself, so he usually remains more quiet and mumbles to himself. Medium high range.
“Hi! My Pup is Name! W-Wait-” (nervous)
“P-p-please don’t- nobody is going to just k-kill anyone right?” (scared)
“Oh! Uh, yeah! I-it’s okay! You helped me after all…” (thankful/nervous)
Personality
RB is always kind and caring, putting everyone else’s well being before her own. She is usually calm and collected, even during more dire situations to be a pillar of support to those who are afraid, sad or anything else.
Voice
Her voice is clear, kind and very soothing to listen to. She doesn’t lash out and always remains kind and patient, which her voice should express. Medium low range.
“Chiniro is correct. Panic will not bring us any further.” (decisive)
“Everybody seemed so carefree yesterday.” (relieved)
“I am right behind you. Come, brother.” (serious)
Personality
Terra is a man of mystery, not even having a real name. It is undeniable, however, that he is also wise beyond his years thanks to his survival experience and adventures. This also reflects in his speech, as he always has a word of wisdom to share.
Voice
His voice is rather rough, yet calm at the same time. He isn’t one to be put off easily, and will normally keep his voice down and not get too loud. Low range.
“Let us come together and create friendships- so that the possibility of a murder happening is close to none.” (decisive)
"Apologies- no, wait! You must not prod any further with this machinery-” (worried)
“What a lovely girl. Who is your owner, friend of the earth?” (happy)
Personality
Tina is very chirpy and enthusiastic, holding a tight moral and ethical code that she tries to spread and encourage to others. She is very friendly, but somewhat loud and can drive people away with her constant speeches. She always tries to keep her cheerful image up to help others.
Voice
Tina is quite loud. She always has this excited tone following her unless she has been caught off-guard or is panicking. Her voice is usually rather clear, unless she is mumbling to herself.
When giving speeches, she will give her voice a theatrical edge with her emphasis and overall extra energy. Medium/medium high range.
“I am the defender of justice! The one who will defend those who cannot defend themselves!” (energetic)
“The sound of two students getting along?! How joyous!” (happy)
“Excuse my outside voice, but this is quite a bit of blood!” (loud/worried)
Personality
Ty is very well spoken, yet quick to anger as well. He's aggravated most of the time, but underneath it all, he is a very paranoid and scared person.
Voice
Ty's voice is clear, emotional, and expressive. Medium range
“Just what in the actual hell have we gotten into?! We didn’t ask for this!” (agitated/scared)
“...Look, I’ need to go cool off for a sec. I don’t feel too good.” (exhausted)
“What the fuck guys?! Who tripped that damn wire?!” (angry)
Personality
Monoguin takes the role of headmaster, rule maker and overseer of the 16 students aboard the S.S. LP. She is quite full of herself, always loud and full of energy, much to the annoyance of the students.
Voice
Her voice is like that of a mascot or cartoon character. Her laugh is especially loud and boisterous. High range.
“Nothing quite like a Class Trial to get your blood pumping! AHAHAHAHA!” (excited)
“Despair will be your fall.” (serious/creepy)
“Anyway, I hope this will be yet another wonderful day for you on the S.S. LP! Enjoy your stay.” (happy)
