Project Overview

MLP: Planet Freezeonia is a fan series that I have created and dedicated to the My Little Pony franchise. It is primarily a Sci-Fi based story but it also has a "Winter" theme mixed in with it.


The story premise is the following:

One Hearth's Warming (Christmas) in Equestria. The ponies get an unexpected visitor, an extra terrestrial being "Captain Cassini" from the planet Freezeonia. An icy world inhabited by an ice/snow-centered race of pony-like creatures (Freezequines) whose civilization revolves primarily around winter related activities, events and festivities.


General Grizznik the self proclaimed leader of the Grinchions is the main villan of the story, he plots to conquer and take over Freezeonia via multiple schemes of which our heroes must thwart.


Our heroes' journey will take them on a wild ride through both space and the Freezeonian landscape. And they will catch some thrills, "chills" and even some surprise encounters along the way.

Once you have been officially cast you can send in your lines anytime you please.


Guides and additional information of the cast member provided via the script information sheets which is present with the other script sheets.

Any ad-libbed lines or different takes on the dialog is also appreciated.

But any foul language or rude/inappropriate jokes/lines in your ad-libs won't be accepted as this is a G/PG Rated project.


Once you've done your clips please send me links to where I can get them. And I'll do the rest.

The most important thing to remember is that you have to pace yourself and not overwork yourself. And you don't have to do every single voice in this list yourself. You just have to do the roles that you're capable of doing.

  • Convienience

    Hey folks. Sorry for the past handful of months being seemingly silent. But I've been busy trying with several outside dramas and roadblocks and trying to smoothen down the road for this project.

    But rest assured that it's still trucking along slowly but surely. The title card artists' role has now been moved onto the main audition page for the convenience of new auditionees now that I've gotten the project featured thanks to premium membership.

    I'm sure that in the end it'll be worth the wait for all parties

  • New casting rules:

    Hello folks. I'd like to report that I've decided on a slight change in the casting rules.

    For those who have auditioned previously and have been officially cast this applies to you too.

    Because things have been going rather slowly with the project I've decided to allow those who have been officially cast to send in their lines whenever they please.

    This is in case they feel desperate to get their parts done.

    Always remember to pace yourself and take your time when you do your parts.

    For any new auctioneers to the project, this doesn't change anything about your audition lines/dialogue. This is just for those who are officially cast.

    Over a year of road blocks but I pulled through and finished off the re-write.

    The script is now completed!!! :D

    Once the rest of the cast is gathered we'll be all ready to record.

  • Script is nearly complete

    Hello folks, I'm delighted to say that the script is nearly finished, one chapter left to write! After months of writing, road blocks and revision on the fly we're coming towards the home stretch. I appreciate your patience and I hope that once we're ready to record that everybody enjoys the ride and has fun.

  • Good news + Update

    Hi folks. I'm just dropping by with a little update plus some good news. My technical problems have been resolved and so far I have made great progress with the new script and overhaul for the project.

In the meantime:

I have a new role for people who may want to collaborate with me on this project, artists who can make some title cards for each chapter. What I encourage you to do is read through the chapter's script sheets and make an image and/or scene that sums up the chapter. It can be anything that you can imagine the supposed scene to look like if this was an official movie for MLP.


If you have multiple ideas in mind for the scenes feel free to submit.


As for the overall art-style and aesthetic of the title cards I recommend going with a style of which is across between the comics' style and the show's style. (Mixing of dark and light outlines or no outlines depending on foreground, background scenery or character design)

Captain Cassini is one of our main heroes alongside the primary group. She is the "New arrival" to Equestria where she meets up with Twilight and her friends and takes them on an amazing space adventure.


Personality wise she primarily very wise, intelligent and has a strong sense of justice. However she can also be a little bossy some times. Overall her character is sort of a combination of Optimus Prime and Blossom from The Powerpuff Girls.


Speaking of Powerpuff Girls. Captain Cassini's voice sounds primarily like Blossom (Catherine Cavadini) except with a Scottish accent. And also less squeaky. (Basically Blossom at age 18)

General Grizznik is the main villan in our story. He is self-proclaimed the leader of the Grinchions as mentioned before. He is also joined by his own team of villans along with his own troops. He is very failure intolerant and as a result Grizznik can be rather prone to explosive tantrums.


His voice if you are wondering sounds akin to Dr Eggman (Deem Bristow) and with possibly a slight hint of The Toad from Flushed Away.

Zarf is one of Grizznik's henchmen. He tries to be a good soldier for Grizznik but unfortunately he's not the sharpest tool in the shed and as a result he tends to cause more trouble for his own team than the heroes. He's primarily a comedical character.


His voice if you're wondering sounds primarily akin Molt from Disney and Pixar's "A Bug's life" with a little hint of Carl Wheezer from Jimmy Neutron.


(Overall I see a voice akin to Rat Trap from Beast Wars or Nitro Byrne from Hot Wheels Velocity X)

Xarri is the second of Grizznik's henchmen. Like Zarf he is also a comedical character but unlike Zarf who tends to bumble around. Xarri has humorous lines in a similar fashion to Dwayne/The Verminator from Over the Hedge.


And speaking of Over the Hedge: Xarri's voice sounds primarily akin to Dwayne LaFontant with a slight hint of Tazer the alien from Aliens in the Attic. (Both of whom were played by Thomas Haden Church)

Gemini is Captain Cassini's younger cousin and she is one of the supporting characters in our story. Even though she doesn't get as much time as the others she plays her part in defeating Grizznik at the end.

Gemini's personality is the following: She is very sweet and caring like Fluttershy but she is also bubbly and a little bit ditzy. Over all her personality is similar to Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls and speaking of Powerpuff Girls once again:

Gemini's voice sounds akin to Bubbles (Tara Strong) except more teenage like (Less squeaky but still somewhat childish) and she has a Northern Irish accent.

Empress Glacius is the ruler of planet Freezeonia. While she serves a primarily minor role in the story. She still gets a fair bit of time. She and Cassini have a bonding similar to Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia.

Anyways as for her voice she sounds primarily like Star Catcher from the G3 My Little Pony series except with a Russian accent. One important thing to remember though is that she speaks Proper English instead of Broken English ("This is the problem isn't it?" instead of "It is problem no?") and she also tends to make puns and jokes involving ice, snow or anything to do with coldness.

Mayor Festibus (The mayor of Freezeonia's capital city Festopolis) is also primarily a minor character. However she does play a part in the story she is the co-host of the Polar Lights Festival at Festopolis.

Her voice sounds akin to Mayor Flitter Flutter from the G3 My Little Pony episode "Twinkle Wish Adventure" except with either a Yorkshire (British) accent or a French Canadian accent. And she has a primarily silly/goofy tone to her voice.

Anyway as for these 3 voices listed here:

The Space Pirate Captain and crew can be of either gender. Their overall voices should sound akin Captain Slag and Rusty Pete from Ratchet and Clank or the lorries from the TTE Episode Horrid Lorry.


The Space Police Squad Leader is female as I settled on earlier with the Galaxy Police characters. Her overall voice should sound akin to Felina Feral from SWAT Kats. (Jump to 1:55 to hear Felina voice clip)


Dr. Naz can be of either gender. Their overall voice should sound akin to a classic mad scientist character.

(Possible candidates could be N. Gin and N. Tropy from Crash Bandicoot or Braxis and Arkeville)


The other voices that are on the script sheet's additional voices page can be anything that the actor can come up with. If you wish to audition for those voices feel free to do so and your audition lines can be anything that you can come up with.


But please remember that this is a G/PG Rated project and any foul language or rude/inappropriate jokes/lines will not be accepted.
