[Cheerful and talking to the other teammates] And I laughed so hard I shot cherry soda out of my nose for an hour! It was hilarious!

[Snarky as she ties up some henchmen] You mummies really need to relax! You're all tied up in knots!
[All Power Ponies are captured, and she bluntly says to one of her teammates] For the record- I would have surrendered.
[Confused as she spoke to the other heroes] How did they defeat us again? We've got the power of friendship on our side!

The Mane-iac is shown to behave in an evil and unhinged manner, expressing delight at the prospect of oppressing Maretropolis. She sneers at the Power Ponies when they fumble with their newly acquired superpowers. The Mane-iac thinks very little of the Power Ponies' sidekick, Hum Drum, even deciding not to take him prisoner with the other heroes. She is also portrayed as sadistic and cruel, claiming that the Power Ponies only keep Hum Drum around because they feel sorry for him and calling him useless. Much like her name is a pun, she often uses puns when she speaks.
[Walking towards the other jailed bad guys at a table] We've ALL been stopped by the Power Ponies, MANY TIMES. Which is why... [cheerfully] I suggest we try something NEW.
[Power Ponies coming face to face with the new team of bad guys, with Mane-iac looking to them with smile, and just calmly says] Hello.
[Tricked by the Power Ponies into thinking the other villains will be betray her, leading her to attack and chasing Smug and Long-Face as she shouts at them] Come back, you cowards! You can't betray me if I betray you first!

The city of Maretropolis! A lively, bustling city, filled with happy, hard-working ponies. But not every pony is so law-abiding! In fact, some ponies in Maretropolis are downright villainous! Some ponies will stop at nothing to get what they want! Some ponies like... The Phony Pharaoh!
When that dastardly dispenser of despair, Long-Face, tries to spread his sadness gas throughout Maretropolis- Who but the Power Ponies can bring him down? When that footwear-filching femme fatale, High Heel, steal all the form Maretropolis fashion show- Who but the Power Ponies will stop the villain in her tracks?
Oh, NO! What is this terrifying, dastardly device? What will it do to out intrepid heroines? Those of you with faint hearts may want to look away!
