Looking for a Princess Peach for a Fan Dub
Project Overview
We are looking for a Princess Peach voice actor for a fan dub but not the typical sound of Peach. The character will have a lot more sass and attitude but not rude or overly sarcastic. This needs to be a more high energy and believable character. This peach will be familiar in the plot but we are hoping that the performance will create an original portrail.
Here are some requirements for this role.
- High quality set up. XLR microphones are preferred. No USB mics under $75 please.
- Clean, echo, reverb and noise free recording space.
- High quality sound at 48kHz 24-Bit minimum.
- Skills in ADR and voice syncing. There will be video to try and match to.
- The ability to yell as loud as we need you to.
- Acting and improv skills.
Any demos or auditions sent that clearly do not meet the above requirements will be openly or publicly critiqued.
This is also a non-profit project and will be posted for free to YouTube as a 50+ minute animated film.

Other roles coming soon.
After the 1st of February (2020), there may be other roles for some of you to audition for. There may be other female characters being cast for the same project and we may be hosting auditions for that on this site as well. They will be smaller roles but will be paid gigs. Not sure if this will be open or request only auditions yet but keep your eyes out for them. Thanks. -

Due to receiving no new auditions in the past to days, we will be closing out the auditions on the 1st of February. We will then review them all again and make our decision within the following week. Thank you to all who participated. -

Hello everyone. Due to the fact that fewer auditions are coming in now then before, we will be ending the audition period for this role in early February instead of at the end. You know who Princess Peach is. Yes, the Princess is the one being rescued and the "Damsel in Distress" but we don't want her to sound like she is. A lot of these lines should be read quickly and with lots of energy.
