Legacy's End Episodes 2-5
Project Overview
When the peaceful Minecraft server of Legacy is threatened by an enemy from ages long past, its denizens need to face the legends they built around themselves. Old rivalries come to a head, secrets come to light, and all must come to terms with the fact that Legacy's End is coming near.
Legacy's End is the current production from indie film studio Victorious Productions. Versions of this script have existed for nearly five years now, but production really only got into full swing during Summer 2019. While this was originally envisioned as a two-hour movie, we had so many ideas that we had a hard time fitting it all into a single script, eventually leading to us expanding from a single film to a series of 17 episodes, allowing for expansion of the characters and story, in order to create a more compelling final product.
Legacy's End isn't just a series that takes place within Minecraft. It's a series about Minecraft - about the people who play the game, the reasons they do, and the relationships they form while doing so. Minecraft is more than just a way to make this series. It is the reason for the series, and it couldn't be made anywhere else.

Flynn starts this story as captain of the town guard on a Minecraft server. He is generally disliked by the populus due to rumors of betrayal in his past. By the start of the project, Flynn has given up trying to win people over and is generally bitter towards those around him. When a hacker threatens the server, Flynn decides to earn himself a new reputation by any means necessary. The audience should question Flynn's motives, but warm to him over time as they see him interacting with those he leads. Flynn is generally condescending towards strangers and mockers. Though bitter and unliked by most, he is a strong leader who has the respect of the guards who serve under him.
His voice should be deep and commanding. Convincing sarcasm is a must. Vocal range should be able to cover both threatening and softer tones.
We've had a few people voice this role in the past, but have had a hard time keeping a single voice actor for various reasons. We are hoping to change that, however. For ease of reference, here is a link to the audition of the previously-cast actor for Flynn, though keep in mind that we don't need a parrot of this performance to get the part: https://www.castingcall.club/auditions/1834878
Character will be reused in future projects. We would like a voice actor who would be interested in continuing with the role for some time.
(Somewhat amused and condescending, yelled to an audience) Does that make you unhappy? Does it make you mad? (Quieter, threatening, more directed) Then you're going to hate what I do next.
(A little softer than the other lines, but still commanding) We’ve only trained together a couple times. You don’t know me very well yet, and I don’t expect you trust me, either. I intend to correct this.
(Action line, while running) Arthur, get to The Shelf! Head Waylon off!
Lindz is a map designer with the professional countenance of a teenager working at McDonalds. She begins the story as generally uncaring of what's happening in the world, but, as the story progresses, she finds reason to get involved in the events taking place around her. Her line delivery, at least at first, is generally very flat. She is sarcastic to those around her, and only takes things seriously when they start to affect her.
Character will be reused in future projects. We are looking for a voice actor interested in continuing on with this role in the future.
(Upon learning that the shenanigans that are about to unfold are threatening her current job, refering to herself, vaguely threatening) If you are foolish enough to cause this sweet girl such suffering, I will see to it this trouble finds its way to you.
(Very sarcastic) Only the most professional of map-building operations.
(Flat and a little bored) So, you know how some of the bigger servers have backup copies in case the world gets damaged? We’ve got something a bit more...on-the-fly.
