Synopsis:
L3C is a rebellious group that consists of members who work against the Tyrant who rules over them. The group goes around committing crimes that are against the Tyrant’s wishes to help out the citizens in the city they live in. They may have some connections to people in different parts of the city who could help them with their crimes, but they still have to be careful.
The series is going to be the story about the group going through their daily-adventurous lives told through small animatic/motion comic episodes. Some content will have heavier and more drastic themes than others, but the rest of it will have more light-hearted comedy scenes. These stories will involve scattered bits and pieces to the character’s backstories, but most of the storytelling will just focus on what adventures and skits the group currently goes through.
There isn’t much of a major plot for the series yet, but if something does get planned in the future, things will get updated. For now, that remains TBD.

Voice Ref: Hannah Annafellow (Black Butler)
(Accent isn’t mandatory)
Nina is the leader of the rebellious L3C group. She’s the one who takes charge in any of the rebellion’s crimes and events, trying to lead people to the exit border of the City. People are intimidated by her being a Yuxanoid, but she’s more of a confident, casual woman. Though that doesn’t mean that she won’t be firm when she needs to be.
Originally coming from the Forest Biome, she and her family managed to slip into the Middle City, where she’s currently leading the rebellion and raising her daughter.
[On the phone] “Yes, yes I know Cupid. Of course, I’ll bring it back to base as soon as- *gasp* Ari! No! Don’t touch that you’ll burn yourself!”
[Angered] “Don’t ever show your face in front of me or my daughter ever again. And if I hear one more peep about your actions, [threatening] I’ll kill you off myself.”
“Ah… We don’t worry about him anymore. Ari is happier this way at least... *sigh* I just want the best for her, you know? Eheh- Why don’t we head back inside- I’m sure dinner’s ready by now.”
Voice Ref: Panty Anarchy (PASWG)
Fade is Nina’s right-hand man- or woman. That being said she’s one of the strongest members in the group, though that doesn’t mean that she’s exactly the smartest in the group. Between her and her sister, she’s more brawn than brain. She may come off as reckless and careless, but if Nina needs something to be done, she’s the first Nina will call.
Outside of the group, she’s more of a party animal who loves to mess around and get the attention. She is also labeled as the “Angel of Death” within her pack of “party friends” who admittedly, love to drink.
[Happy, filled with energy] “Wooo! Gods the rush! That Seabunoid didn’t even see it coming!” *laughter* “Oh come on Claire, don’t be such a buzzkill!”
[Slurred, drunk] “Heeeyyy sisss… Heyyy. Sis... Sister of mine that I love so dearly- Claire. Clairey. Sparks. Sparky-Sparkson. My sparkling dudette-- Ew… Alright, that one was bad... C’mon, Claire don’t be such a slouch! Take a breather, inhale that fresh city-shit-filled air!”
[Shocked, surprised] “What…? Aero? AERO?? No- No! There’s no way in hell that I’ll get close to that fuck face! Ugh- You’re insane!”
*Note: Because of this character, I may need 3 voice actors. One for Sereva’s main, one for Serina’s side, and a third for Eva’s side.

Voice Refs:
Sereva is the hybrid between a Mimel, and a Weapon-Holder, the “sniper” in the group. While she may be two different people merged into one body, she can think for herself, and she does have her own personality. Though sometimes if conflict happens between her two counterparts, she’ll become unstable. Because of this, she does come off as the calm one in the group, the voice of reasoning when a conflict breaks out between members.
[Sereva] “According to your daughter, I believe Fade had something to do with the chocolate cake being missing. I suggest you talk to her about it.”
[Serina: Concerned] “It’s too risky. Going out during night hours has double the Night Owl security, you know this.”
[Eva: Caring, genuine] “Don’t ever think of yourself that way, Fade. I know you- We both know you. You’re strong, and I know you’ll get through this.”
Voice Ref: Conny Springer (Attack On Titan)
Kizzy goes around making deals with people along the streets of the Main City to help guide them around, or to help get the specific items being sold around the Black Market. He also knows his routes around to get into the main or hidden entrances to the other sections of Nai, sometimes even helping out the L3C rebellion free imprisoned citizens and send them back home.
If any of the members ever need assistance traveling or need any special items, Kizzy is their go-to guy.
“Oh hey Fade. Sparks, nice to again too. What’s on the agenda today, huh? Freeing prisoners? Oh wait no- Getting another potion? Oh wait, wait one more- [surprised] Babysitting?! What?? Oh, no. hell no! I am not good with kids!”
[Bored, irritated] “Oh come on… This is boring, man. I wanna do something! Can’t we knock over a Night-Owl or something?”
[Quick, frantic] “NOPE! Nope nope nope nope nope!! Only call me KIZZY! K-I-Z-Z-Y. That is my name, and that is the only name you should call me by! Nothing else!”
fVoice Ref: Mina Ashido (My Hero Academia)
“CUPID” is a close friend of Nina’s. She usually helps guard the base and assists Sparks in the tracking when some of the members go out on missions. While she doesn’t want to be considered a doctor, she does also tinker with some of the medical work when a member needs it. She also tends to look after Nina’s daughter when need be.
She’s very optimistic, sometimes a bit of an airhead, but that doesn’t mean she won’t stand her ground against the Night Owls and the Tyrant for what they did to her.
“Doctor? Me, a doctor?” *Laughter* “You’re funny!” [Sudden serious tone] “Don’t ever mistake me for those pieces of shit.”
“Nina! Yes hi! I got the blade right her-- Oh Hello Ari!” *Nervous laughter, sudden change of subject* “Oh right right! Yeah- Your package is here- I got the box cutter blade for you eheh!
[Sinister, filled with rush] “You think you can just leave like that?” *Laughter* “You never paid back- AND! You threaten the Boss’ daughter? [Calming down, but still giggly] This… is going to be fun.”
Voice ref: Hawks (MHA)
Trent is a local waiter in a restaurant at High-Nai Hotel. Being Fade’s older brother, people can see some of the similar traits he has that Fade probably picked up. Outside of working at a hotel, he usually lingers around the city, sometimes reporting to Fade on anything big that’s happening with the tyrant.
He’s a very firm, sometimes sour guy. Yes, he cares about his sisters, but if they get themselves into a tough situation, he expects them to get out of it themselves. To put it more simply, he’s caring, but a jerk.
[Sarcastic] “Yeah that’s totally a smart thing to do, throwing yourself into danger like that- [suddenly outraged] What in the hell is wrong with you!?”
“Alex? Oh, he’s still up in.. You know where. [falling quiet] And you know we shouldn’t talk with Claire around.”
[Faked and irritated, almost forced] “Welcome to the High-Nai Hotel restaurant. My name is Trent, and I’ll be your server for the evening. Do you guys have your drinks ready? Or do you want me to explain our specials for this evening.”
Voice Ref: Mikasa Akermann ( Attack on Titan )
Sparks is Fade’s little half-sister. While she does have equal strength as Fade, she doesn’t actually fight unless necessary. She’s usually the one who deals with the tracking and the technology in the group- something she picked up from her older brother.
Sparks is usually cold and comes off as intimidating to most, but to the group and her sister, she’s more of a quiet loner who just... Doesn’t want to deal with anyone’s bullshit.
[Gloomy, tired] “Another morning with this bullshit... Ugh…”
“Excuse me?! I- [Pause] I’m not going to get with my sister’s EX-FIANCE for the mission! That is NOT going to happen!”
[Disgusted] “Gross… Marie, I understand if you have cravings but please eat with silverware next time..”
Voice ref: Wedding Friend (Aggretsuko)
Myra is Nina’s cousin, a close relative who strangely doesn’t know much about the rebellious group other than assuming that they’re just criminals. She isn’t on the Tyrant’s side, but she thinks that the group would make the city worse.
She lives in a local apartment in the city with her younger brother Heath and just like Nina caring for her daughter, she hopes the best for her little brother’s future.
[Happy, casual] “Nina! Oh, it’s so good to see you again. I know it’s been awhile, sorry… Heath’s been sick and only recovered recently. But I’m glad to see you and Ari again. How does coffee sound, hm?”
[On the phone] “Yes, I understand Sir. Wait- Wait what?? No, no I can assure you that it won’t happen again! Thank you for understanding. Yes- Yes thank you again, bye.”
“Heath? C’mon get dressed- we’re heading on over to Nina’s place again. Oh, don’t give me that, Ari will be there to keep you company!”
Voice Ref: Azazel (Night City)
Cassy is a Weapon-Holder who works with Trent at the High-Nai hotel. Though unlike Trent, Cassy actually enjoys his job and tries his best to spread just that bit of optimism that he thinks everyone needs in their day.
He’s Mia’s close friend and of course, he’s also friends with the rest of Mia’s family as well. He’s very sweet and charming towards Mia and seems to have an obvious crush on his hands. But sadly, with Mia being busy with her work and taking care of Heath, he thought it’d be best to sit back and wait for the right time to talk. For now, he’ll just be a friend Mia could call, and someone Nina could update to in secret.
[Casual] “Me? Oh, nono I’m not human, I can assure you that. I’m a weapon holder, owning a scythe. The usual, you know?”
[Surprised, flustered] *Gasp* “M-MIA HI! Sorry! I- I didn’t... Realize you were coming to dinner… U-Uhm, I’ll be serving your table tonight. Do you guys have your drinks ready?” *Nervous chuckle*
[Panicking, talking to self] “Oh no- no no no no no- That was embarrassing ah! That was bad- really, really bad! Agh she’ll hate me!”

Ari is Nina’s daughter, a young Yuxanoid who believes that her mother is just a busy woman with a job in the city. She isn’t that aware of the rebellion that her mother is leading despite all the strange activity surrounding her and her mother.
“Oh no. Oh crap!- Dang it! *gasp* [sudden panic] Nothing mom! Sorry for the curse!”
[Excited] “A cat?? We’re getting a cat!? Oh please tell me we’re getting a cat!”
“Oh that’s not fair- I wanna see what your job is! You always make it sound sooo cool!”
Voice Ref: Marlon (TWD Game)
Kaede is a top rank bounty hunter hired by the Tyrant himself on a search for a fugitive on the run. He knows only little about the L3C rebellion, but knows enough to try and hunt down members from the group as well. Luckily, his focus is more on the fugitive.
When he isn’t on bounty duty, he wanders about through the Main City or stays near the kingdom. He comes off as rude and snarky, but it is possible to get on his good side.
[Annoyed, but firm] “Listen kid, go find your mom or dad elsewhere. I got a job to do, got it? Now beat it.”
[Talking to himself in thought] “I missed the shot..? But- How?? My aim is flawless. There’s no way she… [Pause before realization] That little shit-”
Voice Ref: Aasim (TWD Game)
Alex is the youngest sibling in the Matthews family. Because of his powers, he can’t go out like the rest of his siblings, so he’s stuck indoors at the Medical Center where he’s trying to get used to controlling his powers and abilities, which sadly does cause him to have some sort of sickness...
He’s very quiet and very meek. He can get easily frightened, and he prefers to have Sparks visit him more than his other two siblings.
[Panicked, worried] “Wait- What..? Know that isn’t… I didn’t do that! I swear I didn’t! I can’t leave without proof that my abilities are stable, you know this!”
[Upset, holding back tears] “Why do you have to be so scary..? I’m trying my best you know… Just- Just give me a bit more time practicing and I’ll get better I swear!”

Heath is Myra’s younger brother. He usually hangs out around Myra, even sitting around at his sister’s jobs while she’s working for the day, something that Ari gets jealous about.
He’s very energetic and loves the outdoors, but he can get easily ill. While Myra really doesn’t want him out with her when he gets sick, she doesn’t exactly have babysitters like her cousin. So even when he’s sick, he travels around with Myra during her days at work due to Myra’s worry about him being alone.
[Tired, sluggish] “Do I have to get up..? *cough* I feel really bad today… I’m sorry sis…”
[Confused] “What’s it like during your work Nina?? I’m curious too! You never really talk about it with me and Ari! We wanna know what’s up!”
Voice Ref: Puko (Aggretsuko)
Acari is a well known fugitive in Nai, the “Robin Hood” of Nai if you will. She goes around, helping lower class citizens get the food and money they need.
Her helping the lower class is also the cause of her crimes, she’s been on the run from authorities ever since her first escape from her cell and continues to try and bring assistance to those who need it.
[Serious, concerned] “I don’t think you understand what you’re doing, Nina. I think it’s best for you to get a grip.”
“I don’t need to eat. Tch- I don’t care about this. May I leave? My cell is more comfortable than this.”
