A smart girl, curiosity and incredibly love to finds out something at young age. A main character of the story. She is an eccentric graduate student who studies "nonexistent creatures." She has a cheery and confident personality. Although she is a genius, she has an air of absentmindedness, often losing things. After receiving a request to fill in for an absent professor in the investigation of "Misakioku," she became wrapped up in the fight against Godzilla.

Dub VA: Erika Harlacher

Jet Jaguar is at first just a regular mech, but as the series goes on, he is inhabited by AI that become more and more autonomous until he becomes a fully conscious being and could speak with human characters. Jet Jaguar Yung has a very curious and child-like personality, shown playing with some children and not understanding how his actions were considered unfair towards the kids, and admiring everyday things such as the clouds in the sky. Jet Jaguar PP was more like a toddler than Yung, being easily frightened by a Mothra yet expressing sadness when it flew away, and communicating more simply than Yung had.

Pelops II was born after Mei Kamino downloaded Yun Arikawa's AI assistant Naratake. Naratake accessing multiple functions of the computer and switching from English to Japenese despite Mei upon Mei's request despite not giving it permission to access initially aroused suspiscion in Mei, who believed it to be a virus and attempted to uninstall it, but Naratake managed to quell Mei's fears. After agreeing to let it stay, Mei named it Pelops II after a dog she used to own.

Dub VA: Cassandra Lee Morris

Like Yun, he works in the local "Otaki Factory." His hobby is working out, and in high school he picked up the nickname "Barbell." He is a good friend of Yun's, and along with him and their boss Otaki, he became wrapped up in the fight against Godzilla.

A female clerical worker at Otaki Factory. Her makeup, piercings and tattoos give her a punk appearance which leaves a lasting impression. She supports Otaki, Yun, and Haberu. Her private life is a mystery.

Shunya Sato is a bureaucrat working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but he was moved to the administration bureau to work with Misakioku as chief staff member under Tsunetomo Yamamoto. After contacting the Otaki Factory after receiving a mysterious alarm in Misakioku, he stepped into the mystery of Godzilla.

Researcher at Shiva Joint Venture, an international merger. 40 years old. She reads Mei's thesis uploaded on the Internet and recognizes her talent. Her major is computational chemistry, so May wonders, "Why is someone in the opposite field to me?" Inviting Mei to find out her talent at once, and listening to her hypotheses about archetypes, she is very satisfied. Li Guiying's surname is shared with that of , a legendary Chinese heroine.

Director of Research at the newly built Upara Institute in India. 40 years old. He's excellent, he's proud, and he hates people who are smarter than him. He is also a person who pursues the mystery of the monster. He works with Tilda to open a huge enclosed area on the 150th floor of the basement of the Shiva facility and tries to descend into it.

BB's daughter. Like her father, she has nerves of steel and is brimming with curiosity. Troubled by BB's neglect toward things because of his research, she tends to his everyday needs, such as cooking his meals.

Representative of Shiva Joint Enterprise. She is the type with a conservative mindset, and is often at odds with Steven and BB. She and BB try to investigate the 150th floor below the Shiva facility, but when the monster Salunga appears, they close the door again and close the area. Afterwards, with Lee's death, May, who came to seek cooperation, takes a coercive attitude to cooperate with making OD first. However, due to BB's betrayal, she failed to control Mei, and the experimental OD was stolen by BB and scattered all over the world. She is later assumed to have been killed by Salunga, who was after Shiva.

A colonel of the JGSDF, he is on the front lines of national defense. He has a straightforward and serious personality. He enjoys being in the field, and despite his administrative position, he is on-site more than anyone.

Dub VA: Christopher Swindle

The first director of Misakioku, the former Tsuguno District Radio Management Bureau. He founded a company called Archetype Co., Ltd. 60 years ago and is the person at the center of archetype research. He is a person related to the giant remains of Godzilla hidden underground in Misakioku, and the company he created is said to have been acquired by Shiva Business 50 years ago.
